Um.... Try Harder

Ya, try harder dude. Me=never used flash, but try addING explosionszzz! AND make it MOre liek Halo!

PS:
Add a little more animation, maby some things going on in the background. It got boring after a while watcxhing the clock waddle back and forth. But it is so true.

you presume too much

All right, I have never used a flash program and couldn't do a flash to save my life, but I am a literate individual. When I see spelling mistakes, I know they are wrong even though I don't really know how the animator got the words to appear in the flash. When the sound is difficult to follow, I know it's not done well because I have heard other flashes that were easy to understand. Again, I have no idea how to integrate sound into a flash, but obviously many animators do know and they do it well. If it's not done well, your viewers cannot understand what it is you're trying to say. If the viewers cannot understand a word of your flash, well, isn't that a kick in the pants? It's hardly surprising then if they score it low, is it?
Why do you assume that only animators should review something? Do only writers critique books? Do only filmmakers critique movies? The audience you seek to reach has every right to say whether you've done your job in creating a good enjoyable flash or not. Obviously, some animators spend a long time and submit a real work of art that brings a smile to or provokes a deep thought in the viewer. Others spend maybe 5-10 minutes (it has been admitted by some in the author comments) and it shows. The scores reflect that.
For what it's worth, my son is learning flash. He knows better than to submit his practice flashes, which he has has shown to me. Some animators submit something that is cute to show your mother, who will appreciate anything you do, but that is clearly NOT AT ALL up to the standards we expect of animations submitted for judgement at NG. If more people waited until their flash skills were ready to go public before submitting something, there wouldn't be so many negative reviews and low scores. Of course, there wouldn't be so many free blam points either. I take far greater joy in protecting a decent flash than in blamming even the worst ones because I do have some idea of how much work goes into creating a flash. I can't create flash myself, but I can appreciate when someone else does and does it well. To them I say "thank you! Well done!" To those who should have waited before submitting, I say "keep trying!" At least that's better than the profanity-laden garbage that some reviewers post.

that robot voice creeps me out.

but i do understand what you are trying to say. people that give crappy reviews should at least have one flash movie under their profile or they really have no idea what they're talking about. i have no flash movies, but i do not give crappy reviews because i have no right to. until i have the honour of knowing how to make a flash cartoon and submitting it to newgrounds, i wont write a crappy review. bravo and keep up the good work.

THANK YOU

you pretty much summed it up right there, good job

Bravo, good sir.

As a flash artist, I understand what you're saying. I actually tend to get alot of hateful reviews. (Maybe I post at the wrong time of day?)

This is a good movie. A movie like this should be submitted every once and a while to remind people how to review properly.
