I get the point, but some aspects are overlooked.

Yes, most reviews from newgrounds users are useless and violate the review rules, and yes, a lot of these users don't use flash and that limits their ability to make their criticism constructive. However, these people who aren't flash authors still watch flash, and know what they find entertaining, and what they don't find entertaining. A flash should appease a vast audience, even to those not familiar with flash. What these reviewers who don't do flash can offer in their reviews is tell the flash author what he can do keep viewers entertained. That being stated, this particular flash could use some more movement, instead of just a repetetive animation.

But you dont have to use flash to write a review. Reviews are for the veiwers to have there say in what they watch. Without us veiwers there would be no point in making flashes. We are the ones that watch it so lets us tell people what we want.

Good animation, however, im tired of clocks. Nothing really wrong with this flash other than it being a bitchy tirade. Nonetheless, it is a good message that will sadly go over most of the heads of newgrounders. farewell...

As to the review below:

Someone who has never actually made flash doesn't know what tools are at the artist's disposal. Though they may be able to critique a movie, as far as plot, sound, and visuals go, they can't tell the author how he can improve his skills with flash itself.

Sure, there may be the occasional good review from someone who doesn't make flash. However, most of then consist of "wow this is good" or "that sucked, do better".
