you got a good point there. I read a lot of reviews that break that rule and in some of the author said this to some of them " flash made by ______ None" The flash movie itself was another good one. you could have also mentioned rules 1 And 5 in this as well since a lot of people break those as well sometimes when they makes reviews. Oh and thanks for the list and for blowing the abusive reviewers of this flash up It makes it that much easier to spot them.
Makes some good points
Not all points that I agree with - a lack of personal experience in using Flash does not remove from someone the right to criticise someone else's Flash, for example, otherwise they wouldn't have the right to leave a good review either. I do personally know how to use Flash, but I'm not an animator; I'd prefer to stick to Photoshop and Microsoft word myself. Just plain stills with a touch of writing, since Flash isn't my thing. Just because I haven't personally made a full Flash animation, doesn't mean I can't tell what's just plain bad.
However, you do raise a good point in that so many reviewers here tend to leave unhelpful and downright offensive reviews here; almost any Flash, if you read the reviews, will yield "Free Whistle Points". And I'd prefer if those reviewers didn't get away with it so easily.
So well-said on that front. I personally try to be as unoffensive as possible, pointing out flaws where I see them (though I'm probably a bit lenient on some due to being easily amused, natch) but if the Flash itself is offensive - not in the "PC" sense but in the "here's an extremely loud noise accompanied by a picture of Tubgirl pasted onto an epilepsy-inducing background in a clear attempt to just piss off the viewer" sense - I won't be as nice as I can be.
Looking through the obituaries will yield a lot of flamers and assholes too. Three frames of stick-figure dancing? Not a good Flash, but that's no excuse to call in your own personal nuclear strike to wipe the animator from the face of the earth. "OMFG STIX? LOL U NEED TO DIE" etc. You know.
Anyway. Gave you a 6/10 for the Flash itself, but a 4/5 for the message.

I'll admit, there are some lame people out there that have no clue what they're talking about, but you seem to think you need to use the program in order to pass judgement on how a flash looks...
A movie doens't get blammed because of someone's technical understanding of Flash, it gets judged based on how good the art, animation, sound, story and humor are conveyed. I've watched numerous flash, I've watched numerous cartoons and other animations. I've watched numerous movies... I know what I consider to be a good flash and I don't need to use the progam in order to decie what i do and don't want to see on newgrounds...
And honestly, if you can't ignore teh peanut gallery, you're never going to survive life... get over it...

Well you ask why you get crapy reviews well I do make flashes and they end up fucking up befor I am done with them.
I am giving you a low score becuase I know you can do better then this you know how to animate veary well and if you are going to do a flash with complaints when you have skillz then you are just like Iwillpress and having just one of him is more then the flash world needs so please I know you can do a great flash. Just please try to avoid using your clock voice )8

Finally somebody says something about this. I've been on newgrounds for about 2 years, and every one of my submissions has been blammed by stupid, illiterate flash-noobs.
For example, I've had one idiot give me all zeros because I didn't have a preloader. The really stupid part about that was, He didn't even know how to make them...
I'm tired of all these morons banning our submissions for things they're even worse at! The fricking idiots who complain about our flash creations, when they can't afford it because they spend all their money on brownie bites and midget porn.
