Drinking,
why would you get drunk and go on the bbs rather than share the perk and hang out with friends and find someone easy to hook up with...
I can't see how the rotation of the earth wouldn't effect flight lengths, seeing as ones spinning under you brining you closer to the location.
Kinda like how if you hover in a helicopter for an hour you'll end up in a different place, supposedly 1/24th distance of the earths equator, (if you took off there).
that would be something discovery would do.
I'm so glad its friday, me and a friend having a little competition to see who can create the highest scoring game over the weekend.
Luis's Folly
I just banned Luis, so feel free to talk shit about him.
Hi there!

Haha, that's like the third time you've mentioned having Tom's number. I've never seen a name dropper so high in the ranks.
Also, for those concerned, the Newgrounds brawler will be entering beta within a day or two - soon as Luis and Chamber get me a couple last things.

so is the debate of the rotation of the earth still going... i still have not got an answer why it took me longer to get back home when visually it would seem farther to travel from california to washington dc than mexico city to washington dc.

You go on the BBS at the end of the night, when everyone else has gone home.
British Shows
For some reason, most UK shows I've seen are sucky. But I am not completely sure, because I live in the USA.

Exactly!
Tonight's lesson:
Corona IS in fact Mexican piss-water, just as some had warned me. If you like it, then you are sub-human.
On the other hand, some Japanese beer named Sapporo or something is awesome.
I'm not supposed to drink because I'm on antibiotics. :-(
Crappy Comic
The drawings are good, but the storyline is bad.
ADM
I don't have to worry, I got Dot5 Hosting.
Tommy Boy's Wedding Day
So how about that? Good ol' Tom is getting married! Hah, 2 weeks of an absence Tom from NG -- oh my..what will Stamper and JohnnyUtah do in the time being :( Oh well...
Anyone making any contribution flashes to Tom?
:D
I whipped one together last night heh. :]]]

I'd love it if they released the site re-design.
Infact i'd love it if they made any changes, they'd either be awesome or hilarious xD
CS3
Their doesn't seem to be much new about it (Excluding AS3) really. I like the new layout, although the way it hides itself bugs me. Does anyoen know how to attach a sound from the library, i can't get it to work :(.
AS3 seems to run smoother with enforced strict data typing ( to an extent).
Marrige
I don't really have time today, I'm going go karting (woop), but best wishes to them. They should have some big ass newgrounds tank cake :).
28 Weeks Later
I really loved this movie. My favorite movies all have to do with life in a post-apocalyptic world and this sits perfect inside it. If you love zombie movies then you must check this out, it was really good. I love z0mobeh moovies so I suppose my opinion is biased, but I still recommend it to anyone.

I like these sort of movies too, but I wasn't overally impressed by 28 Days Later and sequels are never normally much better. Is it the same cast as the first film?

No, I don't think Danny Boyle has anything to do with it. Alex Garland neither (who wrote the first). This is why i'm not overly keen to see it. It does have Robert Carlyle in it tho, so could be alright..
the first is quality.

Hmm, I think I'll probably give it a miss too (at the cinema at least) if the original writer isn't involved.

it runs ALOT faster actually, if you don't type the variables they run alot slower than if you do.
if you don't even declare the variables, it runs magnitudes slower than if you declare and type them.

Yeah exactly, and Danny Boyle(director, the guy who did trainspotting too) not in on it either. If you all liked the story of 28 days btw, check out the novel 'The Beach' as it's by the same writer, Alex Garland. It was made into a film although the film just isn't right. It's my fave book i've read definetly.
28 weeks may be alright. Worth the download time atleast.
Re:Tom flumps marriage
Gawd have had this date in my sig for over a year now (i think) and can finally take it out.
Myself and the muffin man were gunna finish off a game we were making in time for his wedding but it hasn't happened yet. Although it could happen for when he comes back off his honeymoon maybe, or even when the redesign launches.
Is fine to post about it here since he wont be about for the next 2 weeks :)

Supposedly Danny Boyle directed some of the 2nd unit filming, but probably didn't even have that much to do with it. I love Boyle's movies though- Trainspotting, 28 days later, hell even Millions was great. I was excited when the sequel came out but I was pissed to learn he wasn't directing...oh well, I'll still probably go see it.
always behind schedule.
