Whenever you are repeating a scene or a sketch in a cartoon/movie, only repeat it 3 times at the most for the best results.
sometimes 2 will do, but only if the repeated sketch/joke is too long or not really funny.
Over 3 should only be used int he extreme, when purposly parodying something or making a very silly joke. only repeat alot if it's total time taken is under a minute or so.
repeating over 3 times can lead tot he joke becoming very lame and monotonous.
Reapeating jokes from different cartoons/episodes can be done but not so much that it becomes overused.
relevance?

I did. But its banzored.
Super-Bowl
The super bowl is like this large pimple that has appeared on my face. I acknowledge that it exists, and there isn't anything that I can really do about it, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. I can take solace in the fact that both should be gone before long, with luck.
I do regret that by not watching the game I will miss out on the commercials but I know I can find them all online by tomorrow.
Superbowl commercials
Not too many great ones yet, but some funny ones.
"I think we just accidently kissed!"
"QUICK! Do something manly!!!"

kthxbi!

Good luck Kirk :)
RE: Superbowl
COLTS WIN! Bears lose. Horrah!
Bears quaterback through too many interceptions, hah.
Re: Superbowl
Yep, good job to the Colts I guess. The Bears did however throw a fair amount of interceptions.
My pre-game estimate was 30-24 Colts. I just wish those Bears would've got that one last touchdown, but of course not.
ok, I go for 2 days.. and I find about 5 new pages, somehow when i'm here for hours noone posts anything new and when i go and come back i find more that 2 new pages,
As i read what everyone else has posted comments come to my head, but i know they'll now feel offtopic
si i wanr you, im commenting on what has happened since my last post (page 291), but i have read everything,
Time, intelligence and othe past topics
Me personally... I think time travel is impossible. Why? I think the common conception of the passage of time is very much like an old cassette tape or VHS tape
I think time travel is impossible too, like, stuff isnt recorded so you can go bak when you want, but humans see it that way, linear, i actually dont understand what you meant with the cassette thingy.... :/
if time travel were possible (which I dont actually think to be the case) that we would not experience any change in current time situation, everything would just sort of fall into place.
Hmm.. i dont know what to think about it, Because, if "everything happens for a reason", then everything is liek a chain of chains or something, and a change will cause a diffferent consecuence and would change everything (have you watched 'the sound of thunder?"), but at the same time, if "everything happens for a reason", then everything is perfect as it is, and the consecuenses chain would lead to the same...
As Jhonny said, in the end it is just religion
If everything is possible, there's no such thing as impossibility and so your argument is not valid.
Then I remembered that the quote actually isnt "everything is possible", but "Nothing is Impossible"
The way my logic sees it, 0 goes into 1 infinity times. So 1/0 must be infinity. Same for every other number as the numerator except 0.
Yeah but there isnt any number multiplied by zero that gives you 1, why do we worry aout this? it wont be useful in our real lives!, let the math people worry about it.
In that light, most animals are more intellegent than humans, if you ask me
It come to humans natural egocentrism, like 'we are God's sons' and when they tought that all stars and planets circled around earth, they say that human beings are the only racional creatures, that that is what differs us from other animals, but if you focus it from the other side, humas are the only animals that 'fall twice with the same rock', and we kill ourselves rather than protecting the specie, sometimes animals act more 'racional' imo
I hate when books say that animals only move by instinct, maybe they arent as 'intelligent' as humans (defining intelligence as building stuff and writng, etc), but i dont think they are pure instinct, then how come my dog hides when he does something wrong?! well, maybe by instinc he learned that when he pees inside the hows hell get beaten, but i still hate it when they say that,
if you went aorudn the wolrd fast enough to keep the time zone at 12AM then time would not move would it?
Thats what my 'theory' says, maybe the hour wouldnt change, but stuff would still be happening, there would still be changes,
If it gets a trunk extention. It can keep that in the atmosphere, while it's body floats about outside of it. (:
His body would explote, in space there is no pressure, (or that is what the media wants us to think ¬¬)
Wow, been gone 3 day's and the threads going shit.
how would the thread 'going good' be?
I really wish I could vote, hopefully I'm getting closer
I wish i could vote too, im like user 8000 or something, just 6000 more!!
so in your thory we are all movie clips ????
rofl! I really didnt noticed it that way, but yeah, it could bee seen like that!!
If I could turn off my human nature that tells me that everything has a beginning and end, then I would transend to an understanding above humans.
Ever heard that quote that says "If the human brain was so simple that we could understand it, then we wouldnt understand it" ..? I read it on the back of a calendar long ago.
i dont se the point in this valentines dya.. it's crap.
imo, valentines day is a highly commercial date. i dont know when the date comes from, i know the st. valentine's legend, tho, anywya, we are supposed to buy stuff for our friends and loved people, meh, ill just buy a big bag of cheap lollypops and give evrybody one, just for them to say i didnt give them anything, in the end, only couples give each other expensive gisfts, and since i dont hav ea boyfriend i dont mind.
it's me, how very, very interesting. I'm impressed with myself :p
finally someone that i've seen post around, so, what will you do?
Superbowl
i dont like to watch sports by tv... ¬¬
Is it true that once there was a superbowl that had so many commercials programmed for the mid-time(is there a mid-time on american football?) that they never came back for the game?? i guess its just an over-exagerated myth.......
Australian Football is a sport I consider more injury causing.
there is also and australian football? isnt it like rugby? omg im such a no0b when it comes to sports! anyway, imo soccer is the original football, at least they do use their feet...
why i am not on the list ?????
lol, patu1 posts more regulary that people on that list, at least thats what i get for 'reg', someone who posts and is well known,
Gah, I neglect the BBS for one day and this thread has like another 5 pages to read... :(

i agree with that, sometimes a joke is fun enough that if you repeat it its funa again, but when you repeat it alot it turns boring and overused..
Remember a while back I posted I was having surgery soon:
dont worry about it, whats the worst that can happen?, you dying in a painful way?
panda-lock
im just posting about it so youll fell good for being mentioned, not that i have seen you before, tho the name pandalock seems to ring a bell,
So this is the end of my Mega-long now offtopic posts, i wish it doesnt anooys you, etc, and if it does there isnt much i can do about it, i just wish i haven missed any space after the : that'll cause a mass confuseion for not being quoted, and i also wish i havent type too fast ot have a lot of spelling errors that'll cause my message to distort, so for now
good luck living your lives

Yeah, that one was good, and the one where they were all slapping each other in the faces because it was the new pound, hilarious. It really was a bad year for commercials. And the bears got rocked, the colts dominated the second quarter to the end.

Haha, I was just discussing that one with a friend. That one was funny as hell, I forgot about it. The end is what made it hilarious though.

RE: Superbowl
That's the only one I saw, because I was out the door for a very late hockey game, from which I just got back. If the ending wasn't there it wouldn't have been funny, but I almost died of laughter when he slapped the last guy....
lol
Re: Superbowl
The best commercial I thought was the Budweiser one with the crabs, where they haul of a cooler of beers that happens to look like a crab, and whenever it moved, they did too. It was pretty good.
But yes, in general, not that good. I missed pretty much all of the Halftime show becaue I went for a snack run. His guitar looked pretty wacky, but that was about all that I saw. Oh, and the fireworks. Lots of fireworks.
Kirk's Toe Surgery
Lol. It must've taken you ages to find the original post. But yea, how is soon like over a month? Though, I would've said it was in December that you said that if I didn't take a look at the time stamp.
Toe surgery is nothing to worry about. I think I have melanoma cancer and I can't get a chance to see a dermatologist for exactly one month from today. It could easily just be an infection in the same area as a mole I accidentally scratched but one way or another it will be the third mole I've had removed. Only difference is if its cancer I'll have to go through cancer treatment. But its probably not, I mean, melanoma cancer is really rare. Less than 200,000 people get it each year, but that may only be in America.
If you die kirk let it be known you're my favorite reg.

Aww, shucks <3.
In other news, some cunt stole our car this morning so now I got to bus it to the hospital.
I stole some cunts car this morning
Yeah, I was walking along the road and saw a fairly nice car. So I stole it, I hear they're a reg at some forum, they'll probably go off and complain to there reg friends.

I can agree, everyone says time is a "fabric".....It isnt, time doesnt really even exist, its something humans made to....idk....add more questions to the future.......but its a non-existent thing.
