Seems pretty dangerous if you choose the wrong thing to heat past the boiling point though. XD But alright, vinegar works... guess there's a lot of water in that too.

Plain chicken breasts make me sad. You usually have bomb-ass food, what's going on with this though?

Hahaha, it's meal prep for the roommates to take to work.

Sorry to poke fun. That's a really nice thing you do for them. I just have really strong feelings about chicken breast in meal prep and maybe the 'rona was getting to me a bit too much.

No big deal. I get it, there a lot more interesting things to do with chicken. But when you're counting macros, chicken breast is where it's at haha.

I will post some of the pictures of the delicious food I had in New York to make up for the boring meal prep aha 😅

Here is my favorite dessert that I had:

iu_103850_5867179.jpg

Ann & Tony's was one of the family-owned restaurants in Little Italy that had been around for years. It had a very homey atmosphere, minimal staff during the week/afternoon but still great service.

We had bread, salad, pasta and "tartofu" for dessert.

It is chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry gelato w/ a frozen cherry. The gelato is served on a molded chocolate shell. Our server also threw in two complimentary canolis and they were the best cannolis I've ever had.

Looks delicious. Doesn't seem so complicated to pack together different blends of ice cream and other ingredients in a form like this too, finna try this some time...

Don't think I've ever seen it served like this before.

Hey same same. :) Same ingredients, same temperature requirements... well maybe more like: very good ice cream.

As anything Italian compared to anything similar of any other origin.

now that looks good, especially the green stuff- what is it? If not in a culinary setting I might mistake it for cultured CoronaVirus to which you retroactively ingested

You've really been eating out lately!!!

Was this all before this covid-19 thing went down? Getting kinda hesitant to stop by any places short of those mandatory shops.

Awesome. :) So this was all from that time when you potentially got that thing that might actually have been this particular thing that it seems you're now all recovered from?

I'm looking for a recommendation. I've got a bunch of hamburgers, what kind of seasoning should I put on them? I'll be grilling them.

Depends how safe you want to play it. Seasoning salt is always a winner, especially if you can get the Tony Chachere's brand. Clubhouse Montreal steak spice, or the Keg steak spice are great on hamburgers too. Smearing the burgers with garlic butter right before you take them off the grill is great. If you're a garlic fan, you can also make the buns into garlic bread rather than plain boring hamburger buns.

What he said, and also Lipton onion soup mix (my favorite is French onion) mixed into the beef whole forming the patties is always good.
