at one point, i feel bad about this movie. It encourages ppl to make stickmovies which be most likely crappy movies.
However, it can be used for fully drawn charackters as well, and there are always ppl in need of good tutorials.

I also draw real humany people too, and I use stick figures for the frames of those humans. Of course, those stick figures are more correctly proportioned. But I'm glad you see that someone can use this for animating people too.

This is a really great tutorial. I think I might actually use some of these techniques. Anyone who is starting to learn flash should watch this.

That's the difficult way to animate walking. I don't know why you made this tutorial, anyone can figure that out.
some useful tips but...
apart preventing the usual "skating effect" giving specific tips to apprehentice animators, i've got to say that the example animation (graphics interely provided by the author) is poor, especially for the torso/arms part.
tutorial interface is clean and provides that "back" button forgotten by most devs.
text explaining the animation steps is clear and understandable.
