New member?! I was the third to join Whistle Club, in the first 5 minutes of the club's existence. I imagined that I would be at least level 3.

It's active when a member is longer than 2 days member. So when you sign up, you have to wait 2 days before your whistle rank goes in work.

Admin: Elite Whislte Leader(Impossible for a member to have)
Rank 1: Elite Whistle Gold
Rank 2: Whistle Major Silver
Rank 3: Whistle Bronze Patrol
Rank 4: 1st rank whistle civilian
Rank 5: Unexperience piece of whistle

yes, you can level up by marking abusive reveiws, thats how i got mine to silver, i just vote, i really dont know weather a movie is stolen or not, and i wiould only flag a submission if it has porn and shit in it. but usually i find myself voting on the already passed submissions, though i may log a little bit of time in the portal
