How can I join?

You can join if you have permission from a member 4th rank or higher. Please put with your BBS Signature that you'r a member of this club.

Why the Whistle Club?

I have seen much of abusive reviews and illigal movies and games in the portal, and we, as a club, can remove that stuff!

How can I be 5th rank member, 4th rank member etc.?

You can be for example member 3th rank if you have permission of a higher rank member. For example: If you have rank 3th, you can't make a member 1th rank. For someone that still doesn't understand, I have made someting helpful:

Member 1th rank may say that the members have this rank:

1th rank (Only 3 people may have that!)
2th rank
3th rank
4th rank
5th rank

How can I raise rank?

1. First of all, you must be member of this club.
2. You must submit at least 1 idea for this club, a new rule or BBS picture.
3. When your on rank 5 or higher, you can raise if you make more members members! The more you''ll do or how more idea's you submit, the higher your rank will be!

What are the functions or the ranks?

Rank 1:
1. May remove(member rank 2,3,4 and 5) a member.
2. May submit a member.
3. May say that a idea or someting else is okay.
4. May make a user a higher rank: rank 2,3,4 and 5. I will say if you may be a member rank 1, no one else!

Rank 2:

Look rank 1:
1. The same only member rank 3,4 and 5.
2. The same.
3. Number 4: only member rank 3,4 and 5.

Rank 3:

Look rank 1:
1. The same only rank 4 and 5.
2. The same.
3. Number 4: only member rank 4 and 5.

Rank 4:
Look rank 1:
1. The same only rank 5.
2. The same.
3. Number 4: Only member 5.

Rank 5:

1. May submit member, can't raise rank!

When you must remove a member?

You may only remove a member if they attack other member. For example saying Asshole, you suck or someting.

DAMN you!!!Im having quite some trouble getting my whistle level up...ive blown the whistle on a sure fire offesive flash,and ive flagged down about 40 or so abusive reviews and im still on normal.

Well seeing as there are new changes to this, it seems ok, i myself have been on silver whstle for awhile now, and run into many bad reviews all the time infact i have posted 2 links here, and still it seems that im not even in the club yet so what does it take, ohwell i just thaught if i reprted bad reviews that was a good thing, ohwell...

ill join and i have my first few ideas.. idea #1, everybody go to the portal and click on the "view em all" link at the bottom and select view all submissions, then go to the very last page. about all of the reviews for the bad movies are abusive, and best of all, all of them are untapped. now, idea #2 on the scroll down menu on newgrounds for collections, there are alot of movies on those pages with abusive reviews and outwar promotions, to get to the bad reviews just click on "ratings" in the review box, and go to the last page and you will find all the bad reviews you can. and last but not least, idea #3, to find outwar links, just go to all the movies on the top 50 and front page of NG, and go through the first 10 pages, there will definatly be alot of outwar in them.. well im out for now.. im trying to get my gold whistle :-D

What do you mean, the rank? You may give him rank 3,4 or 5, but the member number doesn't matter that much I think.
