Um...i think the ranking goes like this:
Normal Whistle=5
Bronze Whistle=4
Silver Whistle=3
Gold Whistle=2
Deity Whistle=1
At least i think that's how the ranking goes, if i'm wrong, if someone who knows for sure would correct me, that'd make things easier for the members.

When you have a garbage whistle, you are just an member, you can't do any functions like removing members, submit member ect. You can say that it's rank 0, yes.

I already had the golden on for a short time, not even a day, but I don't know if it was a bug or real...I lost it because I blew the whistle on something I've already seen before...but maybe the guy just put it onto another site

yeah iv been going after gold for a while but it must take much longer than the others.
