I'm not interested in joining the club, but for those of you who are here to upgrade your whistle, here's a little hint: often, furry art gets a handful of abusive reviews. Here is an example, right on the front page:

If you go digging through the art portal, you can find some abusive reviews on the more popular furry pieces, but I myself don't go digging, just flag 'em as I see 'em.

I'll join this club. Currently at normal whistle but would love to get it to bronze. Looking at th posts on this page a lot of people have said they what to join in the past month. I think this thread could become more active now.

And this is precisely why I'm locking this thread - closing the loophole, as Rage's Gift was locked because members flagged indiscriminately, then Baawed at the mods because their whistle levels disappeared.
Resurrecting a club from back in 2007 wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but in this case, I can see it being subverted.
You should flag for the good of the community, as opposed to the good of your whistle level.
Oh, and to recover from Garbage, check the flash that have just passed judgement - they are usually a hot bed, especially if they are a "crew" flash.
