They're talking about it on the news right now.

Personally I can't deny I have a total addiction to the internet, and more accurately NG- I spend ridiculous amounts of time here (though frankly I have little else better to do), and I do put things off in favour of browsing the BBS etc.

Games on the other hand I don't play that much anymore, and I don't think I was ever too addicted to them.

Still, it is a real problem- maybe some of you people don't suffer from it (judging by all the negative responses), but there are certainly people who do, and they should be allowed to get help covered on medical insurance if they really need it.

We're the same in that then!

No, I'm getting out of that phrase a bit, still new Harry Potter game out soon.. Got to keep up with tradition =S

Or they do, but are in deep denial, I know I do, and it was quite a worry to answer yes to most of those questions.

dang, that really opened my eyes. I guess I could cut down on my internet time. I don't play video games that much, just sports games. I guess I could try being more active since there is Nnothing to do at home.

No surprises there then :)

I admit, I do have some serious Zelda cravings right now that are going to need fixing come the summer. I'll have much better things to be doing then though, so I imagine I'll be on NG less as well (a good thing, I've been on here every waking hour of the day for 10 months now!)

Yeah, that works too- I didn't take the quiz thing, but I know I would be saying yes to a lot of them as well :S. Still, all change in just over a months time.

Video games aren't bad for you and some video games can help with certain skills such as hand eye coordination.

Halo 3 and RuneScape are the best games ever!

I Would Have Been Your Daddy, but a dog beat me over the fence.

That was one of the most retarded things I've ever read. Anyone who believes this is an idiot. When people get "addicted" to games it's usually for a very short time, and it's not because of a mental disorder! It's because they're having fun! Usually someone will play a game untill they get tired, then they will stop.
