Why it's hard to buy manga intact with the special colored pages?

Is it because Viz is cheap ball suckers?? YOu have no idea how surprised I was to read a Shonen Jump with colored DBZ images. And how pissed I was to realize they didn't print every colored page that way and you can't buy it like that instead you get it dark and smudgy becuase the colored images don't look right printed in B and W. Please don't argue its existence people! They do exist.

Anyone want to shed some light on this or tell me where I can buy/download manga with the special colored images?
