Being one of the few humanised forms of my favorite Internet Browser, yes.
Bah, I completely lost interest in Lucky Star.
The jokes got too bland.
But anyways, I drew this pic.
I don't know why. I guess because I haven't drawn in well over a year.
I choose a random picture at /a/ and drew it.
This is it.
Not exactly the most skillfull thing to draw. It's pretty easy.

You have chosen well.

Thing is that most artists do not think that way during the drawing process. XP
Nicely done no less.

I'll keep that in mind.
Nicely done no less.
Thanks.
I'm going to continue drawing random things right now.
I'll post some of the results.

It's all good, since each one was needed per image.
And with frequent artists and the increase in range of interests of this club as a whole, it should be time to rebuild the independent home BBS.
The one here for example, is built by me some time ago for all members' use.

It'd be nice to have most people there.
Here's more art:

(How else to answer that in NG/A/ of all threads)

I love you.
Also, epic purchase today.
My Youth in Arcadia, for a mere dollar on DVD.
The dub is so-so (Tochiro and Harlock sound far too similar), but the movie itself was fucking rad.

School Days, lol.
At 8/5/07 04:28 PM, Mendou wrote: My god only a mere buck!? I personally wouldn't mind if the dub was only decent.
Yep, only one dollar.
It was well worth it, too. In fact, the store still has a few more copies, so I may purchase them to give to friends.
It's a kickass movie, plus it finally gives us some insight on Harlock's past (which the various anime and manga series lack).
At 8/5/07 04:33 PM, Gendo wrote: School Days, lol.
Glad you noticed.

BARGAIN BIN. AMIRITE? Yard sale... Yeah... Yeah yard sale.

I'm glad I noticed too, since I'm so backwards and out-of-date with my anime.
I'm like a crazy old nostalgic man, sitting back watching his cartoons about space pirates, crazy unlicensed surgeons and transsexuals.
BARGAIN BIN. AMIRITE? Yard sale... Yeah... Yeah yard sale.
Neither, Dollarama.
Anything and everything, for a dollar or less.
At 8/5/07 04:44 PM, Mendou wrote: There seems to be a lot of Harlock stuff.....lots... also i saw a captain Harlock box set somewhere online for only about 29.99.
Yeah, probably was the Endless Voyage box.
Endless Voyage is thus far my favourite Harlock series, probably due to the amazing direction of Rin Taro (of Metropolis fame, plus he worked on one of the older Harlock shows).
The one thing I disliked about Endless Voyage is that Geneon romanized Harlock as "Herlock" (which, according to the fanboy reasonings I've read, may or may not be closer to Harokku than the original English romanization was).
I wish they had the older series available....
Amazon has some of the older series, but I can't find it on any of my usual anime shops.

Kinda pricey a VHS for $60? Wow.

Oh God, brutal.
There are so many great (and not so great) OVAs, movies and series that desperately need DVD releases.
Like Mad Bull 34, the king of explotative trash/cop comedy anime, it's even got the blessing of the NYPD's real 34th Precinct.
They might but there probably expensive.
No, I recall seeing "Der Ring de Nibelungen" (a.k.a Harlock Saga) there for like thirty bucks.

Ohhh ok. I'm sorry but I've never heard of a bunch of old school anime flims. I think the oldest ones I've seen were the Mizaki flims they showed on TLC. They were very odd but entertaining.

Don't remind me.
Now that looks like a damn fine series.
It's one of my all time favourite series.
Just because of how hilariously offensive and stupid it is.

Not to mention the film is nothing short of amazing.

Matsumoto's style is Godly.
The uber-thin heroines, the scar-faced heroes, the fat little sidekicks, fancy looking battleships.

Yep back in '06. Do you know if they are doing another one this year?

Yeah.
Personally, I'm sick and fucking tired of the "moee" obsessed art style of most modern anime.
Actual unique style is nice, too.

Well what with me not being happy with you being an admin back when you were an authority figure, I'm certainly not letting that fly now.

I have seen some people pay over that mere $60 for Gashapon and other collectibles myself, so it seems like nothing.

Yes, but only in the light that I bothered to make a working board.
