Nice, 4 responses in under 3 minutes. Missing the first episode probably wouldn't change your interest in the show, but it does explain why Naota has the portal on his head, why Haruko is living with him, where Canti came from (Naota's head), and why Mamimi is interested in Naota.

1)List your five favorite anime, and write why you like it.

2)What got you into anime, and what kinds of anime do you like?

3)What kind of anime do you dislike.

2)What got you into anime, and what kinds of anime do you like?

3)What kind of anime do you dislike.

1.) Case Closed, Lupin III, Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Full Metal Alchemist, Inuyasha. I like Case Closed because of It's original and deeply interesting storyline. Lupin for the same reason. Ghost in the Shell because of the futuristic and hardcore fight scenes. FMA Because of the concept of the series. Inuyasha just because It has always appealed to me, I cant explain why.

2.) I started watching Adult Swim in 2001 when it was just starting. I would stay up and watch anime. From the moment I first saw it, I was hooked. I like all kinds of anime accept for Yugioh, Pokemon, and Transformers. Mainly, Anime that has had experience such as Inuyasha.

3.) Yugioh, Pokemon, and Transformers

I got nothing against transformers. It's just that, I never have really seen it. That and aside from GITS, Robot anime doesn't really seem appealing to me.

If you haven't really seen it, then why of all the animes out there (even though not all Tranformers shows were anime), did you choose it to dislike? And GITS is barely a Robot/Mecha anime.

Gasp! Could this be another fight sequence from Naruto that just copies another show? No? Yeah, you are probably right.

The problem with that is that it seems too similar to be coincidence, yet too ridiculous that they'd copy that fight scene in the first place.

Perhaps a homage?
Well, no, probably not.

Uh...sure, why the hell not. And we rarely ever talk about Transformers, so it doesn't really matter whether someone likes it or not.

Now disliking the Super Robot genre could get you in some hot water, but Transformers doesn't really fall in that category.

Outlaw Star - Yes, very much.

Reboot - No. Hell. NO.

I was lucky and ran across the entire series of Outlaw Star for only $10. That as well as Gungrave. Awesome finds.

FLCL is meh in my books. Mostly because yeah, it does loose it's appeal after a while. The OST is amazing though. The Pillows are an awesome band and do not fail to deliver awesome sound.

I have Outlaw Star on DVD. still love it. I miss Reboot very much and I wish they would release the whole show on DVD. I think there were volumes of season 3 which went out of print.

Also, yes, [AS] should get rid of Inuyasha.

The closets parallel to Transformers I can think of would be Machine Robo: Revenge of Chronos, therefore bringing Transformers closer to SR than RR.

OH MY GOD! Monster fuck! WOOT!seven

Technically, since there's no space between "WOOT!" and "seven", that's only six words. You've been warned.
And now for something completely different:
I've decided to trade in my entire Jak and Daxter series because I can't get past a point early on in the first game. Aside from Ratchet & Clank, are there any good Action/Adventure/Platformer games for the PS2?
By the way, I heard there's a game coming out in October called "Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Zombie Ninja Pro-Am". For the first ten levels, Master Shake plays golf, using Meatwad as the ball while Frylock fights off the bad guys. In the final two, they apparently race golf carts.

No, no and fuck no.

FLCL was good once, it's not anywhere near worth airing ad-nauseum anymore.

Well it has more action-fighting and large scale puzzle solving than platforming, but God of War is a good PS2 game. And God of War II is also probably pretty awesome.

Also did Wonko got redeployed back into service and did he ever mention where? If he gets shipped to the border, I need him for a moment.

Plus I want a character change again, but I'll go the old school rule of 5. My character shall be Sousake Sagara. Also put me down as Rubedo instead of Shin since I be getting a name change soon.

1.) Full Metal Panic
2.) Blue Seed
3.) Gantz
4.) Ayashi no Ceres

On the lighter more funny side of anime, has anybody seen Shin Chan? It's a pretty good show although I prefer the more serious anime. For Comedic Anime, It's not all that bad. Now, what do you guys think about case closed?

I loved cased closed when it was on AD a couple years ago. Most of the case's had me guessing on who was the guy who did the murder, while some were just painfully obvious.

Do you mean AS? And yeah, It and Lupin were paired right next to each other. AS Has brought back Lupin 4 or 5 times since they quit airing it. Yet, they haven't brought it back since it was cancelled years ago. Definitely My favorite anime of all time. Well, one of them at least.

The thing I like about Shin Chan is that at times it is so stupid, it can actually be funny.

Yet after a while, that kid's butt gets burned into your memory for good. SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE ME!
