Hi guys. I just recently bought Volume 18 of the Bleach Manga at Hairy Tarantula earlier today. I'm planning on reading it next week.

I go to fanfiction cause sometimes, and I bold SOMETIMES they have decent fics there. But then its ruined by this crap:[

That's why I don't bother posting anything on fanfiction, it just gets tossed into the big pile with 10 million awful stories piled up on top of it and no one will ever see it again, let alone read it! It's the same if you want to find a good story too. There's just so much rubbish diluting the works of writers that actually try their very best.

I didn't get mad though, I got even by making my own system that I believe is superior to fanfiction in every way www.fourthperspective.com

You can display your stories, poetry and scripts that can be freely uploaded, read and reviewed and you're guaranteed regular feedback on all of your uploaded works.
We've only been open for a couple of weeks and although we've already swelled to well over 100 members we could certainly use a bit of support. I think we're better that fanfiction, why not see for yourself?

If by squad leader you mean Captain, then episode 35 (meets) -36 (starts fighting) I think. The dub numbers should be the same.

The rankding system goes Captain Commander > Captain > lieutenant > rest of the seat officers. Ikkaku is the 3rd seat, with Yachiru as 2nd and Zaraki (Captain) as 1st in the 11th devision.
