The auto completion in FD is enough reason to learn it imo, and it possesses a lot more features than that. There are only two things I miss from coding in the IDE: "dynamic" code collapse and the debugger (debugger being the big thing, FD have plugins for that but they aren't completely compatible with the latest versions).
Besides, you can just use FD for the coding and do everything else in Flash as usual.
