Gonna be interesting to see how they shape up, like how the art forum didn't shape up really ideally, but more fitting to the newgrounds population. I find it kind of odd but not surprising that people already started forum lounges for the brand ass new forums, it took ages for any lounges to come about by my recollection. But I didn't want to go in and write something negative in the new lounges because everyone seemed so positive lol.

I'm actually digging the writing forum. Its a good place for anybody to just bare their soul in the form of a story or poetry. Ordinary NG users can just express their innermost ideas and feelings anytime they want.

It might be my new home...

Well, apparently animation won't be allowed a lounge because it's a subforum. I'd like a lounge just because it'd give me a place to casually talk about animation topics that might not need a whole thread. Ah well, it gives me more reason to come back and bug you guys.

i think as the forum grows it probably would then make sense to make a lounge, i just find it kind of silly to have one right off the bat when you dont really know what or who is a reg.

depends on how you interpret it, i personally think the second and is prefectly fine grammaticaly, since one might group the sentence like:

Discuss { ( (Flash), (Flex) and (Air development) ) and (Actionscript 1-3) }

in which case the second and delimits the two statements in the list on either side as it should, whilst the first add serves to delimit the rest of the list and the last element of the list in the sub statement

I know that it does technically, but it doesn't sound right in my mind. I have a very rigid framework for how sentences should be structured.

Despite making so many mistakes myself

I think it was really needed. It's more clear that ACTIONSCRIPT STUFF goes here and will hopefully reduce the number of AS-related topics posted in the programming forum daily.

Typical first gen Apple product, there's some room for improvement there. Can't really see yet how this kind of device is going to be very useful for someone like me (I already have an iMac and an iPhone), maybe for those moments you're sitting on the couch and casually read a book or browse the web. I don't think it will be as big as the iPhone (in sales, lulz). What I don't understand either is how a company like Apple, which is renowned for their UI, could be satisfied with the home-screen for the iPad, what a waste of space, it's ugly.
