Facebook has the same problem and is made worse by 3rd party app suppliers make a ton more money than Facebook ever has. Millions. Until these megasites learn how to monetize properly there's going to be some serious backfunding (Facebook's at nearly 750m in VC funding), or in Google's case... Google.

Yup. I checked out the video Citric used in his example, and that's 6MB in low quality (FLV), and 40MB in high quality (MP4).

Why is Anime frowned upon :(

I know the annoying fan art and fanboys are gay but I watch anime like bleach, naruto and death note (only those ones mind you) but talking to my friends about it and my girlfriend and there like "eew anime" like its any different from things like heroes, maybe slightly more exagurated.

It annoys me that my girlfriend thinks its childish to still watch cartoons :(

I like cartoons (some, anyway), but I don't like anime. All of my friends watch anime, but I don't. I don't like the japanese animation styles, and the stories are just retarded.

Spongebob is great, but I don't think it's the best. Ed, Edd, and Eddy was the best, but since it got cancelled, flapjack is now the best in my opinion.

Ed, Edd, and Eddy was the best until they decided to bring it back and put them in school. Those episodes kind of sucked. I still think that Spongebob is the best, but flapjack is a close second. That's such an amazing show.

I like to watch things whilst i work on the comp, today i watched american pie, then around the world in 80 days.

The first movie is just fucking hilarious no matter how many times you watch it, currently in the process of getting the next 2.

Second movie is a campy family movie that completely overuses jackie chan and his combat simply because it can. No other reason.

Because the stories are standard, generic and cliche. If at any point the story consist of 'the protagonist having to get stronger to defeat the enemy that gets stronger every season', then it's beyond repair. Thus the entire stereotype is built, and people start hating.
Save for Deathnote (only just), your choice is lacking. In my personal opinion, I'd have to say Ergo Proxy and Cowboy Bebop are a worthwhile watch. But they might be too artsy for some people.

I also hate anything that goes beyond 30 episodes.
