To be honest, if I was a decent animator I wouldn't mind taking a gap year to do something like that. Sounds kinda fun :P
Everyone should be allowed to spend a certain portion of their life completely geeking-it - animating as a team in a garage, living off of pizza and occasionally watching old science fiction DVDs.

Does hollow point count? It's not really old but I guess it's the sig that started it. it's from the inglor times so i guess it's pretty old

I only followed this sig fad cuz I was tired of my old signature. Also, it might motivate Luis to get started on episode 2 soon.

I realize that my weak efforts to make new flashes or doing anything productive like maintaining a website have been useless. I haven't finished anything new since 2006 and each time i try to change i just fail. I need some animator or something to help me get back on the wagon, even if it's a small crappy flash - i'd be happy to finish anything. It's probably the second best feeling in the world (the first one obviously being reaching lvl 70 in wow... what did you guys think, i was talking about love ?!) to submit a flash to newgrounds or to see your website running while getting ads revenue. I have the knowledge required to make a good game, just not the capacity to work on it full length.
I do hope that later I will be able to produce some more developed flashes, i talked about an rpg etc. but for now i'd be happy if any animator comes to me with an idea for a project as small as possible. Luis's ideas for uber flashes aren't helping me atm :P

I've found that I really wasn't ready to handle "The Big Ones". I had a pretty epic Western lined up at about 4 minutes or so with tons of cool shots and an interesting story, but it outgrew even me and I couldn't wrap my head around it. The key is to only make a flash that's a length that can hold your interest. Most of my movies are about a minute or two at the most, and the sort of mundane but funny ideas I have suit that length extremely well. That's what kind of got me back up to speed, just work on stuff that will be fun and can hold your attention the entire time you're working on it.

OKAY OKAY ill scale it down. you dont have to call me out in public. i just like to dream big.
Anyway sorry to disappoint anyone but i have no garage.. its the reason why i have 3rd degree burns on my ass all summer. heat and black leather seats are a bad idea.
