Did you whistle it, sir? If so, I am afraid that you lost some whistle points because it was blammed BEFORE flagged. In fact, I am also bothered by the same problem as most of the NG users do not realize malicious entries unless they are sumbitted within 3 minutes. Because of that, I have lost quite a few points that I should have gained. Guys, I hope that you guys can flag those entries for malicious reasons once an alarm with the links (like what KungFuCow provided) is on so that those who have blown the whistles will not lose points. I watch the moive, and trust me, it was not worthy to protect. In fact, our EGSC only has an average of 0.56/5.00 which means that he is not a great flash author. What I am saying is that we have to vote fairly no matter who the author is. To be honest, I will vote 0 even if EagleRock submitted the same moive because it was not good enough for me to press at least a 2. I feel sorry for our EGSC to sumbit a bad quality moive. As a member of the barracks, I can only wish him to submit better stuffs next time.

But sir, Second Lieutenant Ghost_Phantom was saying that he couldn't even bring himself to save it as well. He didn't say he tried to save it...he said he couldn't save that, as if he couldn't bring himself to do so. So basically he did the same thing you did, sir.

It's good to see some on understands... By the statement "even I couldn't save that" I was sort of saying that despite the fact we all know X-Naut it was a shame to blam a movie by him and indeed I voted 0 as I would with every other author. Yet it wasn’t easy. Keep in mind I once blammed a movie submitted by a good friend of mine because it really sucked… So I’m really fair when it comes to that. I could even find the dead movie he made back then… a single frame movie. So as trained by the mafia I am as cold with a known author just as I am with a new one.

Sorry for the misunderstanding because of my bad English. After all, it is not my first language. What I was really saying was that we should vote fairly regardless the who the author was. :P I hope that our members who vote high on an entry just because it was submitted by a famous author can learn his lesson. By the way, due to the fact that there are more Elite Guards joining our barracks, there is a need to appoint more officers. I believe that you have got some ideas, no? I will congratulate whoever are appointed and I believe they will do a great job.

Well im not as confident in X-Naut today as much as I was yesterday but he said one the reasons for his low batting average is:

When haryjarry made his update he included everyone who asked to join but didnt remove the inactives or people who asked to join but never came back. So if you put all that together we have less active members.

X-Naut should blam himself, Major_punk. Even if I count the Star members as a factor, he still needs to do better at flash. Trust me, there was no way in hell that the Star members will blam "little foot" to death even when it on still under judgement. I think that our EGSC should improve his flash skills rather than blamming the Star members. If X-Naut is as good as Adams, there is no chance that his entries will not blammed who matter what the Stars do.

Would these "Angry Pen0rs" be the ones putting up that horrible flash with the...chopping of...parts? Sounds like it might be them...I sincerely hope they don't become an actual group...it'd be terrible to have to worry every time you open a flash...

Anyway, Captain Dream_of_Duke brought up the topic of Barracks Officers. Are there officers that we currently need? Does anyone want to petition anyone for a position? Keep in mind, to petition someone, you need the following:

- Member to petition
- Position you petition them for
- Actions the member did to warrant them getting the position

Here's an example:

I petition Sergeant First Class SlashFirestorm for the position of Barracks Recruitment Officer. I believe that he is good for the position for many reasons. He has been a very active member since he came here, which means we can depend on him. He ALWAYS seems to contact people before I can in regards to people who want to join, whether they can or not. For this, I believe he is perfect for the position.

Do I have a consensus from the members on this SFC SlashFirestorm? Should be be appointed? Also, are there others here who believe another member should be petitioned?

And please, no self-petitioning! If you self-petition, you definately will NOT get the position!

You seem to have the support of the Barracks members, Sergeant First Class...

Your duties would be simple. You greet new members to the Barracks and alert them to our Forums, as well as the procedure of me giving them clearance to all our areas.

Also, for those that are not yet qualified, you direct them to the NGPD HQ. If they do not have any B/P points, provide quick instruction on how to do so, as well as links to the FAQ and the rank listing. Other than that, your duties are basically that. You, as a relations officer, report to the Barracks Relations Officer. If you feel your position warrants other duties, such as advertisement and reaching out, that is your call. However, your minimal duties are outlined here.

You have been given quick and fast support from members, and I suspect that other members will do more of the same. Do you take up the position?

Also, are there any other members that want to petition someone for a position?

That sounds easy enough! If indeed I have wide member support (and I appreciate those who have already given me their approval), I'd be happy to take up the position, sir! :salute:
