Ya thats for sure, X-Naut was vague though on how many of the SS members tried to harm his flash's scores but especially when a flash is under-judgement it is very vulnerable. But usually the SS are low level users and cant make a significant difference.

But he sad thing is, is that for submissions that falls between the 2.00-3.00 score the only time they get alot of views is when its under-judgement so for mass voting the submission never really has a chance to rebound.

Something more about appointing Officers, sir! Eagle, what I suggest is to have a poll for the all the candidates for each potential position. If a candidate gets over half of the votes in a period of time, then he gets appointed. Isn't it a good idea?

Not sure if ne one knows this but ok i have a voting power o 6.8 and so what does that mean like if i vote on a flash does my vote counts as 6.8 votes or what ???

You are right, sir. It means that your vote is worthy a total of 6.8 votes right now. The more exp and the higher b/p rank you have, the more vp you will get. I hope that my explanation helps you.

I don't think it's really that necessary, sir. Really, appointing people is my decision, but I like to go with how the Barracks members feel. I can usually get a good gauge either way simply by discussions here. I did have it in mind, however, if the Barracks was spilit about a decision, that I would use the forums for a vote. However, I haven't seen anything yet that warrants the voting procedure. I would also prefer not to use a vote, as it really slows down the process.

I only left for 2 days, because I was unable to get at the computer properly on Sunday (limited time due to sports) and Monday (I was in Wales all day). I am back now, so should have no problem in attaining my rank now.

I've achieved 5,000 posts now, so that leaves 8ppd and Praporshchik to go :)

Yes your voting power counts for 6.8 votes of people who didn't log in (vp 1).
BUT
your vote still counts only as one vote (1) on the 200 a movie needs to get in the portal.
so you have 1 vote with a weight of 6.8

a conduct officer never. maybe in the future you can become an officer but i don't think you're cut out of the right material to become a CONDUCT officer. for conduct officer should have a stainless reputation in their behaviour and that description doesn't really fit you.

BAD idea. for we have no way to controle the applicant's identity. there are people enough with a lot of alt accounts. so anyone could get into the staff providing he/she has enough aliases. this is not a popularity contest for as you can see in the portal anyone with enough friends (e.g. star syndicate) can make it into the portal. and it's not because you're popular that you're fit for the job. look at bush.
