I told everyone that I would try to follow the Barracks' consensus in regards to future appointments, but I am finding it very hard because noone responds!

Sorry EagleRock, I am still slightly in the dark about what exactly is happening because I never got a chance to read anyones posts thoroughly over the weekend. I have some catch-up to do still.

That's fine, sir. I was just getting a little frustrated that noone was actually acknowledging that I was requesting people's feedback and noone was giving it.

I was really trying to get feedback on my suggestions. I already appointed Intel Ops, which is now clear. The situation with Major General Bahamut7 is also cleared up. The only potential appointment left on the table is current Captain Dream_of_Duke. He has shown much interest not only in Barracks conduct, but also in protecting against fileswapping.

If this e-mail is going to represent the Barracks I want to know exactly what is written on it before hand. Either here or the EGB forums.

I'll post it on the forums once I draft it.

In the portal, there's a flash called Photografia, and i saw the same exact flash either yesterday or 2 days ago by the same author and theres been no changes added to it, but i could not find it at all in the obituaries. I'd blow the whistle, but i have no evidence, my evidence being obituaries link to it, but as i can't find it, i won't blow the whistle. I'l just vote 0 and hope it gets blammed again.

I just finished classes moments ago. I got my 3rd President List in a row. Considering that I am only a sophomore, I may get 8 in a raw before I graduate. Back to the topic, I emailed Wade last night, but I have not got any reply yet. I will let you guys know as soon as he replies. Ah, sorry I'm late. Had to go to the store and pick up my little brother from school...:looks at portal: Wow, that's slow. 2 currently UJ flashes...I already got a few earlier (including one where I got the final vote...I love those kill/save movies)...
The way I take screenshots is that every 15 minutes or so, I take one and stick it on paint, cut out the most recent 25, and time-code it. I always have at least three of these spanning over 45 minutes. This way, if something is fileswapped, I just compare the lists with the obits and the early reviews to determine which was swapped. Last night I didn't even need a screenshot, because the same flash had been submitted the night before and swapped. Pfft.
As for a job...like I said before, if no one more qualified steps up, maybe. But I'd prefer just backing up the current officers, lol.
Well I'll be on the portal...fervently hoping it will get more active. I will likely get less than 100 today :stupid real world...:, but I'll get as many as I can. Good hunting everyone! :salute:

I would of liked to see what you wrote before you e-mailed him yourself. This is at least 3 different people I know of from the Barracks who have e-mailed him, 3 different e-mails. In ... 3? I think 4 days. He must be getting quite annoyed now.

lIt looks that I am late again. Anyway, congratulations on being a EPFC. The badge looks much nicer than the EGP one. As I posted already, school started for me as well. But since it is the first week, I doubt that I will get too much homework which will allow me to be here for a decent amount of time.

Actually, no it wasn't completely useless. However, remember what I said earlier about flash. If it looks suspicious, write down the name and describe the flash. If it passes judgement and was indeed a fileswap, it will go into the official list which will be proof for next time. If it doesn't pass, then it is either someone trying to get their crappy work on the Portal or is an unsuccessful Barney Bunch file. This post shows the behavior that is needed here.

Well I'm certain none of us in the Barracks advocate spamming forums. Of course, lots of Newgrounders with short fuses have already done that...which makes the BB flee forums or hide their goals more closely.
Having a spy actually enter the BB is a valuable means of intelligence. Hopefully that will give us a better look into their tactics.

Wouldn't it be in our best interest to NOT spam the BB forums? Indeed, that would blow our cover! Having the advantage of espionage is in our best interests at this point. We must assume the enemy is as intelligent as us and can be investigating US at any time! Indeed, keep this under wraps and use our contacts there to the best of our ability! Hooah!

I hate the BB as much as the next guy but I do abimre how good they are st AS. If only they put it to good use. If I was that good I would have the best flashes on NG.

I've never seen a game created by them. Only the Robot crew. I don't think the BB is that good with flash anyway.
