Not stolen, the Linktree for the YouTube account that made the thing links back to the Newgrounds account that uploaded the "stolen" submission.
I'm happy it got dealt with, but the conversation was more about whether or not images from free-to-use image sites constitute as stolen assets or not.
And given that Newgrounds itself allows users to publish art under a Creative Commons license in the Art portal, I think it's a healthy conversation to have!

Its definitely good this whole issue got hashed out - makes it clear where the line is regarding asset use.

It's quite easy when they don't wait for a long period of time before reuploading. If they had waited like a month before doing it the first time, I would not have remember this and ignore it. But after 4 reuploads within a little over a month, it's a lot more obvious and way easier to remember.

He's saying to post this to the ruffle thread so that it can be looked at as a bug with ruffle, which it is.
Ruffle doesn't work with every flash yet, and taking down or flagging every old flash where there are problems with Ruffle is doing the exact opposite of what it was meant for.

No worries! Honestly, looking at the reviews now it looks like it was a stolen flash - which definitely is flaggable, however I find it's much harder to get older submissions removed. It definitely is possible that the play button never really worked, and it's good on you for both catching that and finding old submissions like this.
However, the Elite Guard Barracks are usually meant to keep specifically the portal clean - I don't think most people here are looking to flag a post from 2010 because it doesn't work anymore.
Also, no worries for not understanding what people were trying to say at first - happens to the best of us, and I'm happy I could clear it up a bit!

Found the game - it was 1v1.lol. At first I thought it was some Roblox experience, but then I realised the thumbnail had the game's fucking name plastered on it.
