Ruffle doesn't work with every flash yet, and taking down or flagging every old flash where there are problems with Ruffle is doing the exact opposite of what it was meant for.

No worries! Honestly, looking at the reviews now it looks like it was a stolen flash - which definitely is flaggable, however I find it's much harder to get older submissions removed. It definitely is possible that the play button never really worked, and it's good on you for both catching that and finding old submissions like this.
However, the Elite Guard Barracks are usually meant to keep specifically the portal clean - I don't think most people here are looking to flag a post from 2010 because it doesn't work anymore.
Also, no worries for not understanding what people were trying to say at first - happens to the best of us, and I'm happy I could clear it up a bit!

Since this reup animation is incredibly poorly made, these are most likely going to be easy blams. They're more likely to be blammed than taken down than say gameplay videos or live-action crap which has a 50/50 chance of getting blammed or taken down by mods, depending on the content and if mods are available, usually around nighttime here.
