Since this reup animation is incredibly poorly made, these are most likely going to be easy blams. They're more likely to be blammed than taken down than say gameplay videos or live-action crap which has a 50/50 chance of getting blammed or taken down by mods, depending on the content and if mods are available, usually around nighttime here.

I could be entirely wrong, but this sounds to me like it could be from one of those "lyrics to music" AI websites. The generated music is usually pretty short and they usually start with the lyrics and end with the instrumental, like this one does.
