where do i locate these specific whistle stats, like you showed. i went onto NG log and it just gives my BP/Lvl/etc.
It's not whistle stats, those are just "days on NG", "total exp", and "xp per day".
Nobody (outside of staff) has access to specific points per whistle.

rule but these submissions have a significant level of animation that is not seen in the model packages. That being said the score that someone could give this could be reflective of the diminished level of work that they would have had to do to create these animations as all they have to do is import and then manipulate the models
the reason that these pass is because similar arguments can be made about things that come out of Garry's mod animations, and we allow those
the art portal stuff is something that we don't really touch on here
you are free to ask active EGB members questions and we can answer them to the best of our abilities if you are curious about how to correctly flag things

First of all, where's evidence of these motions? If you don't know, just ask away. Plus, so what if this guy uses this Gardevoir model that happens to be in porn? That's not an case of stolen content anyway and unless you have proof of the motion file in question, this report is likely not gonna bounce.
Second of all, DO NOT POST ART SUBMISSIONS IN HERE. The EGB is not a club all about flagging Art portal submissions, it's usually about flagging games and movies submissions. Sure, there might be exceptions, but Art and Audio aren't the exception, plus Audio already has one: it's called the Audio Portal Cleanup. Even if the report's correct, it's not a good idea to post it in here.

While you can argue this is stolen content from someone's else content, that can be ignored by the fact that is a screen recording of a live action footage and has no actual animation in it, which either flag is acceptable, but who's gonna blame the guy who took the effort to find the stolen material?

Tools such as GMod or 3D Movie Maker along with third party assets have generally been allowed, however one of our goals is to avoid shovelware, so low-effort entries made with third party assets may be removed. We want people to share meaningful (even if silly or stupid) work, vs bulk uploads for promotional or spamming purposes.
Ie: they’re mostly allowed if you make something enjoyable, but don’t spam them.

It's not flawed. The simplest way of avoiding a Garbage whistle is by reporting submissions that VIOLATE the portal guidelines, besides, reporting submissions that do violate can upgrade your whistle but that's a very long process of getting to Deity in the fastest way possible. Easiest way to find them is by the Portal tab and by Under Judgement submissions, that or by just searching through the Portals. And even then, people come here to gain whistle points, so it's best you TRY to post submissions that violate the guidelines, even for ones you may not be sure. Flagging submissions that do not violate submissions causes you to have a shit whistle.
