Not sure, but I'm suspecting they haven't - It took me about three months of active work to hit Gold, and I'm personally expecting I won't hit Deity until early next year.
I am afraid that cannot possibly be true. If so the only scenarios I can think of in which they received such an award in this time frame is one of two ways.
Since one of those ways is implausible, @osaka should report this exploit in the matter of which they claim to Tom. @malwareshop should not accept such statements from others as fact.
I saw it myself. He also posted a lot in the Audio Portal Cleanup thread. He posted every day in the EGB too, I think.

I also got whistle upgrades in a similar timeframe - I hit Bronze in July, Silver in August, and Gold in September, and only after I started heavily getting involved in this thread and the Audio Portal Cleanup thread.
Given that, I think Osaka's bullshitting us on how quickly he hit Deity.
I don't think he is lying, also Osaka, sorry for bringing you into this. I just wanted to make things clear.

Here's a statshot via NG logs, I started flagging on September 8th and reached Deity in about 10 days (slightly longer than week).

where do i locate these specific whistle stats, like you showed. i went onto NG log and it just gives my BP/Lvl/etc.
It's not whistle stats, those are just "days on NG", "total exp", and "xp per day".
Nobody (outside of staff) has access to specific points per whistle.
