Hey guys, this thread will be helpful for current and future reference. There's a backlog of submissions that are under judgement, but are off of the front page because of the amount in the portal right now.

If you can update the thread whenever you come across something that matches the description and visit the thread to help clear up some backlog that would be great.

What does what this thread have to do with the thread I linked to. Simply asking for some people who I thought competent to help out in a moderator and admin approved thread? Not once did I say people need to bring attention to things in the EGB, but instead asked for some recruits in the other thread.

But, people don't read, so I had to specify. The other thread is useless. When things are too far down the list to be seen, they're too far down the list to be seen. No, the Audio Portal is specifically for music.

The Game Portal is for games, the Movie Portal is for movies, the Music Portal is for music and the Art Portal is for artwork.

If a submission is ever submitted to the wrong portal, please flag it or post it here, so one of us moderators can take care of it.

These are words of someone who is out of touch and has missed the 10+ threads of users asking for help to get their week old submissions out of underjudgment.

We have finally given them a place to do it after months of them asking. After moderation and admin discussion and approval as a temporary fix until a more permanent solution can be found.

The request was not for you to hunt down submissions fallen off the front page, but instead to help guide users who ask for help with their under judgment submissions and to vote on the ones in that thread.

But I agree, people do have trouble reading.

The other thread is good (and is obviously working, so far) but I can see where Exedor is coming from. The way you phrased the first post, someone giving it a cursory glance could think you're asking them to post UJ submissions in this thread, and new / younger users do tend to pass through here.

That said I think Exedor's first response might've just added further confusion rather than clarifying...

There's a ton of other information on there, so take a look and let us know if you still have questions that aren't addressed there.

There aren't set dates, and they're not necessarily weeks. Those tend to happen when the Portal is inundated with under judgment submissions and there aren't enough votes to keep up. This happened over December, but in the past, things like Pico Day or Pixel Day gave us triple XP.

It's best to pay special attention to @TomFulp's news posts to be up-to-date on when double/triple XP is active.
