None of the flagging options seem appropriate as it's not spam or stolen content.

Drop a link to it in the Official Broken Medals Thread! It may not be fixable to the point of getting the medals to work, but they may have a better plan for it.

I thought the barrier is if the submitter didn't create the content. Copyright is a different and much more complex beast.

With art and music, yes. Sometimes, certain video submissions are allowed. He didn't create the puppet part, but he did create the poorly animated part, so it's not a 100% theft situation. I'm h0ping f0r l0ts 0f l0w v0tes, but we may still pull it later anyway.
