No, the whistle system does that. If you keep mis-flagging content that doesn't violate the rules you lose whistle points until you eventually end up with a garbage whistle.

Nudity doesn't mean an automatic A rating. However, you should continue to flag cases like this and let us sort it out. You won't be penalized for an "incorrect" flag in edge cases.
