Sadly, that number is artificially inflated. I run some pretty intense programs for my research and some days I'll have The Binding of Isaac or something open for ~8 hours, just so I can have something to do when my code is running. I also muted all of the sounds and as a result sometimes I forget to close it overnight.
I'd estimate that real in-game time is about one-tenth of the number shown on my steam page.

The author fixed the resolution, it was too small originally. It's still not great but it works fine now.

It doesn't fit the screen, there are no instructions. Up arrow & down arrow make the whole screen go up & down. Fail.
