Cannot you just update game file on your published project if you want to fix stuff? I know that the first submission has passed the judgement, I actually wrote that in my previous post. I mentioned this because despite the pass author scrapped the animation and reuploaded it as a new submission. Few years ago Wade said reuploading for better score is not cool, so I thought I'd mention, because it seems to me, that it's the case of reupload for better score.

Yeah man I totally understand but I'm going to leave it there to spite him since the first time submitted it got 2.33 and the second time it only managed a 2.04. Sometimes it just doesn't pay to be greedy.

Me too. I don't think everyone knows what betas are. it's a mostly finished game that is in near-final testing (for the most part, anyway). This kid, tho, I think either it's a "my first game" that of course, doesn't work, or is a barely modified tutorial with no content. Or, it could be that he's being a goof, thinking he's being original by uploading something that has no game; like the loading screens that are only an image, not a real loading game. I v0ted.

This guy keeps getting his account deleted and keeps coming back. When you have your games deleted every time, without enough time to get any clicks and ad revenue, and then it doesn't make sense to keep coming back, but for some reason, this one does. Keep reporting him, as eventually, maybe he'll give up.

mdgani11 is one I describe below, with all the puzzles and no sense. He's getting to the point where it's getting annoying, so he'll probably start getting action soon. I'll message him and fill him in on what he needs to change. That's the start of the process.

SelfDefiant has been around for a while, so we're familiar with him. He does respond to reviews. He does make changes to the games based on input from players. The games he produces make sense. You may not understand why you have to put the flower back on the plant, but when you do, it gives you the coin, and the coin goes in the machine, which gives you the soda, that you give to the beggar, who gives you the map... etc. Whereas, mdgani11 and the others, you have 6 color puzzles, 4 number puzzles, 3 collect-the-symbol puzzles, and it makes no sense. It's just a bunch of puzzles thrown together.

Doesn't apply, since there's a game associated with it. Sometimes, people just put up ads. You see this more in the Art Portal, tho. Most games have some intro that references their site, and that's fine. However, if you get redirected to their site without you actually clicking on the "go to my site" link, that's not allowed and can be a reason for removal.

This is the grey area, and why things/users don't get addressed immediately. KnF we know, so we know how to deal with him. Others may just be some new developer, and we need time to see what they submit, whether they respond and change to player feedback and reviews, and if they respond to mod messages and action. We don't want to ban someone who just found the site yesterday, just submitted their first game, and has no idea how we work here, or what rule they broke. Sometimes, you have to let people run for a while without consequence so you can build some history in order to know how to proceed.
