I watched the whole lot. Keep in mind that ZabuJard is a user just like you or me and still has to follow the same rules we do. No special treatment.
The movie itself, I believe, would be something on par with Gmod (or similar) with some weird editing and filters and stuff. He walks a very weird line.

And I get that, he does not get any special treatment but *we* also do not have a higher status than the individuals that post content onto Newgrounds, and because of that kind of mentality it keeps us humble and honest with the work that we do.
I can't find out where he is getting the content that he is posting with that video, he had other videos that show similar styles and techniques to the content that was provided, and he puts out a massive amount of content from youtube videos to live streams, PER day...
that being said, I don't understand why someone would go ahead and put an animation that they made as an overlay over top of a different twitch stream (there is a little narrow slit at the top and bottom of the video vs the black box background for the video being played, which should line up but it doesn't; making it an overlay)
so like... why... why do that... I don't get it, and equally, so why create an animation, rip off someone else... or maybe even his own... live stream, and then upload that as the video presentation instead of just doing the live stream and having the file exported...
like he's got the youtube mp3 download for his voice still up on the screen tabs

the only rules that I could call him on are
Do not submit copyrighted video clips or photographs you did not create.
Do not submit Let's Play videos or anything that primarily depends on recorded video game footage.
I can't prove that his content does cross either of those rules, so I have to admit and accept that the content is real and original... so my response has to be what I wrote on the last page, even though it irritates me to say it while I am breathing in the smell of poo
