Basically what those sites where sued for is called "Schadensersatz" in german. It means that you sue someone for a loss you suffered because of some actions those person did (wiki about "damages").
It would mean that record companies suffered a loss because of those sites. So, by their logic people looked up a song text on the internet and decided NOT to buy a song.
I wonder how people can come up with such a twisted logic and I wonder why courts say the record companies are right. :/

Ugh! This just sounds like whining in the hopes to squeeze some extra money out of something.
Of course I could think of a ton of reasons why that statement is stupid, but above everything; If you think people will not buy albums when they find out the lyrics of the songs are bad, why don't you just make sure that you don't hand out contracts to people who write bad lyrics? Like: MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT YOU SELL IS OF GOOD QUALITY, AS ALL COMPANIES SHOULD DO.
This is one of those reasons why I just can not sympathize with those record companies who keep complaining that they suffer from illegal downloading. They really don't give a shit about music at all.

You may not hate the new axes but I don't like them to much. The old level 21 and 22 axes looked a whole lot better then the new 37 and 38 axes. but the worse part about it is that I have to go through those levels if I want to get to levels 42, 44, 45, 46, and my favorite 49. Yikes.
No, but seriously, that's pretty good advice. I think last time I burned myself out B/Ping nonstop, like I'm doing now. Already feels like a chore. Then I eventually stopped B/Ping all together, and only deposited every night, and eventually just stopped that all together.
Nothing on Newgrounds should ever feel laborious. If it does (except for tasks that the staff have to complete, since they are paid a wage for it) then, the user should stop. It's a place that you should enjoy being a part of.
