I should finally have some milestones coming along in the review category. After quitting the RRC I've actually had much more desire to review things on my own time. Things that are much more fun to review and where people actually want or deserve the said reviews.

I'm currently ranked exactly #700 in B/P. Took long enough since getting #800. I'm also closing in on 7,000 Saves, but I'm not quite there yet. Passing 6,969 made me giggle though.

No, that's just a glitch in the system. We get it all the time, but it will correct itself, as no submission ever stays at 5. Some vindictive people among us think that it doesn't deserve to, without listening to it and they'll drop a 0 on it, for parity.

One vote a day doesn't make that much of a difference, so there's no need to change the system.
Besides, it would be impossible to prevent it. Even if the system would check the account currently logged in and the account that submitted the song/flash/art, you could simply log in with an alt account and vote on your own submission you submitted with your main account.

Leave out the "temporary" in your last sentence and you have the meaning of the word. :P
If you are studying at a university, you are matriculated (which means something like "added to a list"). If you are thrown out of university for whatever reason, you are exmatriculated.
