Bronze whistle finally after more than 15 reports, 20 I guess but I don't know if there is an official number of flags as requirement to increase your whistle points:

As far as I know there still aren't any official numbers for whistles no. It's a bit difficult to measure if you aren't 100% sure all those reports really counted either. If just one report's wrong you'll get minus points for that, and those weigh heavier than the positive, at which ratio no one knows either... whistle gains are challenging in their uncertainty.
