WRONG. You can't just put a warning label, that is not what 2257 is about. Go read the link I posted.
If you display explicit images of nude people (having sex, masterbating, or anything that can be called explicit, which is a really loose term and why this law is scary) you have to maintain records of the people's contact info. So if you can't prove with records that the people are over 18 you better not display their images. We may have to remove a lot of portal content. We probably should be doing something already to remove it from public view. This law may change as it is being heavily challenged.
