I definitely want this too.
Oblivion. There's leaks that Virtuos Games is making a remaster of Oblivion. I hope it comes through and gets made. I know about skyblivion, but I want to see this one made more. A source says it will have graphics in unreal engine 5 but also using the old buggy engine. Could be a complicated mess.
Everything about oblivion I like except the outdated graphics so as long as they don't screw up somehow it could be awesome.

New qol additions like skip cut scenes (that intro) and skip dialogue (the game often repeats itself)
A physical (the og game costs an arm and a leg but the cover looks so sexy)
Chibi Robo Clean Sweep with gyro would be something to behold too (the game uses the touch screen on DS for precise shit like hitting an outlet across a room), just the same qol additions with maybe an auto sieve bc god that got tiring quick spinning it around for minutes on end collecting gems.
A duology pack of these two for Switch, that has a physical and I'm fucking sold.
Park Patrol, Photo Finder and Zip Lash suck dick compared to these two imo.Park Patrol is really bare bones in gameplay, and feels so limiting.
Photo Finder afaik is also bare bones, and also tedious having to take perfect pictures, wouldn't work on Switch anyways.
Zip Lash just sucks.
To add to my shizo rant, I heard somewhere that the lead dev for Chibi Robo wanted to do something with the francise again iirc (take that with a grain of salt) and the director of Advanced Wars Reboot Camp wanted to remake obscure games Kuru Kuru Kururin (has a switch port) Rhythm Heaven, Wario Ware (still kicking) or Chibi Robo next.

i feel like a new chibi robo would be better than a remake but they might just go with the fucking ziplash gameplay for a new one because we all know nintendo hates us
Dumbass

Nah, Chibi is dead in the water unfortunately, it seems the devs are working on koROBO, as Nintendo/Bandai declined on a new-game/remake, koROBO looks sick, but it looks clunky and is not as charming as Chibi-Robo, BUT it is an early mockup (an animation made to mimic gameplay iirc), so it basically isn't even a playable game yet.
I'm still looking forward too it though.
Take it with a grain of salt, I am slower than a snail.
Tha'ts sad to know about the chibi style.....
The game was my childhood but the one for PSP!

Shit
Alright to know about these!
Every Armored Core.
Every single one.
One SKU. Save file automatically rolls over to the next installment.
A complete legacy run in one title.
At least the Playstation trilogy.
At most, the PS2 era.
I understand if they can't cram 4, For Answer, V, and Verdict Day into it.
But ffs, those first games are in dire need of an overhaul.

First Deus Ex is the greatest of all time
I believe it still has a very active mod community that aims to upscale and modernize the game without losing anything. A quick search should procure exactly what you're proposing.

I am aware of Give Me Deus Ex, which is probably the closest thing to this, but I meant more like the Tomb Raider or Soul Reaver remasters, not a radical reshift like Revision. Keep the original styles, but with plenty of touch ups to make them more accessible. There's so many tiny quirks that you can't just mod away. Nothing I've found comes close yet. It may not need an overhaul like Revision, but it does beg for a whole hell of a lot of polish. Especially for those who don't have the patience to get the game running well at all in the first place in the modern age, let alone finding, perfecting, installing, and troubleshooting all the exact mods needed to make the experience something greater without reducing its charm.
I’ve always been interested in the idea of remastering bad games. It’s unlikely due to it not being worth it. But I wondered what Sonic 06 would’ve been with better working conditions and a not so tight schedule, and also brushing up that story. Silver is a cool looking character so it sucks that his debut was a meme for a while. And imagine that stellar soundtrack on a good game.
Wowie, this is fun!
Well giving a better remake of bad games can be useful!

But Nintendo won't do that.
Obviously because Microsoft owns Rare. That's why there was a remake on Xbox.

The worst part, is that the remake is so censured.. It looks so fucking stupid.
Yet, the original didn't even bothered to do that.
Microsoft probably told them to water it down. Even though the gameplay is great
and the graphic was so juicy, grotesque and violent.
Yet saying shit and fuck is a no no.
I'd say it's about time we received more Xenogears, no?
I think underrated videogames and ones that deserve a remastered because didn't got one for many time deserve to be made!

Simpsons: Hit & Run needs to be rereleased on modern consoles in general. Such a cool game
That's alright to know, even if is inspired to Grand Theft Auto can be still awesome!

Personally I'm a wee bit sick of the obsession with remasters publishers have, so I'd like to say "none"...
...however, I would not object to a remaster of F.E.A.R.
