Didn't see any mention of it so I'll report it:
The commentary section of a project can get stuck permanently saving, making it impossible to modify it until you either publish or close and reopen the project.
I've been able to replicate the issue pretty consistently by ticking the CC license checkbox while it was saving.

Are reaction images the only thing that is broken for you, or are other images on the site broken as well?
nah just reactions and images that you would see in forums posted by other ppl. those are the ones that show that little icon which im guessing is there way of saying it doesnt work. keep in mind my pc box things is like as tall as 3 pancakes stacked on each other.

The bug seems to happen when the age rating on a piece is changed after writing something in the description. In reality, it appears that most changes made on that page seem to cause the saving issue, but one way to resolve it is to move to the preview page and then go back

Clicking on favorites and sorting by popularity shows duplicated users on pieces with a decent number of faves (the least I've seen is 60, but I haven't gone digging extensively)
This art is the piece I discovered the issue Silly Billy. It seems to work every time, though the duplicated user changes each time
JoH37 is on there twice, but the first time I encountered this strange occurrence, Insomniatics1 was the duplicated user.
I'm using WIndows/Chrome if that helps

There's an open ticket for this one, still needs to get fixed.

So far these issues have always turned out to be something getting blocked on the client-side, for example parental controls or ad blockers on the users browser, VPN or even ISP.

It's a tough call between fixing cases like this, or deleting the project because it was intended to get deleted when the account was deleted. drunkmagikoopa has become kinda legendary though so there hasn't been a rush to delete those when they come up.
movies that have both a .swf and video file version always default to the flash version, even though I've set that to not happen in settings
the setting seems to be broken, not inverted, setting it to default to flash still defaults to flash

I tried to edit the video since the original had an audio problem, but when I published it I got the following message.
I tried to edit it again but it says "Your file has been queued for processing. Your project can not be published until this is complete." I waited for half an hour and it continues like this even though it is a short video.

I checked now and the preview video was there, so I went ahead and published the update. There might have been some temporary issue during the post-upload / processing phase. Is it all looking ok to you now?

Checked in the video player, can confirm the issue's fixed:
Seems the fix involved simply taking a frame from the video, and using that as the thumbnail. Pretty simple solution, all things considered.

So I ran into an issue. There's a person I follow who makes art. It seems they blocked me because they didn't like my dark humor comment on one of the submissions. Well that's their right I guess but the issue is - they are no longer in my "favorite people" list, there is no "unfollow" button in their profile, but I still see their art in my feed though I can't rate or comment or favor it. Weird.

Same here! Even my own replies aren’t visible in the forum.
You know what I think this is? This is probably happening to people who have replied in the forums ONLY via the notification bell, I think. Because that blank was a response I’ve made through the bell page, but all replies following that have been fine because I was replying directly to the forum instead.

And apparently the bug targeted this user's posts specifically because all the other ones are completely visible.
