I opened the notifications, the music is there, but it doesn't show the "playing thing" above the CD icon. the music also doesn't appear in the bottom of the page in the "Featured Content" section for "Audio".

Are reaction images the only thing that is broken for you, or are other images on the site broken as well?

I've been able to replicate the issue pretty consistently by ticking the CC license checkbox while it was saving.

nah just reactions and images that you would see in forums posted by other ppl. those are the ones that show that little icon which im guessing is there way of saying it doesnt work. keep in mind my pc box things is like as tall as 3 pancakes stacked on each other.

So far these issues have always turned out to be something getting blocked on the client-side, for example parental controls or ad blockers on the users browser, VPN or even ISP.
