It does not appear to be possible to look back at previous Takeover Tuesdays on account of it not letting you select any month from a year where there wasn't yet Takeover Tuesday. Attached Screenshot shows what happens when I try.
This song is broken, and has been broken since at least 2008 according to the reviews.
The file I got downloading it was also corrupted.
