Yes, Edge android.
It happens in both thread and feed replies. Also when clicking the X to close it'll jump into the post box instead and it takes a couple clicks on the X for it to close.
It's like the hit detection gets wonky
So this is something that ive been experiencing for over a month now on my samsung galaxy A13 with both brave (shields up and shields down) and chrome beta. I assumed this would blow over after a week or so like one other bug ive had with the site did but it seems to be here to stay
Imma guess this isnt a new site overhaul

In your second image, I'm not seeing anything that stands out, what is wrong with the site in that image?

For the top one yes, as well as the pattern on the messages themselves
For the frontpage i dont have any screenshots of what it looked like before the glitch, nor do i really remember wyat it looked like, but i rember the ratings being darker and more saturate
The main recurring themes are random parts of the stte either being whiter in some parts or black in some parts
i got a supporter expiry message, its just the link. weirdly terrifying
Featured Content tab is bugged. The songs that are not labeled “Frontpaged” appear here, and the audio that was Frontpaged on August 16 is also here.

Quick update: Turns out I managed to accidentally mute the audio in the movie player. In retrospect, that was probably due to the movie player capturing my keyboard input whilst I was writing a review.

An update on this: its happening for me on the official terraria wiki aswell, so it's probably not a bug on ng's end. Sorry for the inconvenience

Weird, I can't recreate this one and the review box doesn't use the rich text editor... Wonder if some style setting somewhere else in the page is getting into there, does it happen if you try again on that page? If so could you try turning off browser extensions and see if it still happens?

The issue's seemingly resolved itself - the review box went back to normal after closing and reopening the tab:
I don't have any leads for this bug, and I can't recall the conditions which triggered it, so I can't help with squashing it.
By my best guess, this was some weird edge case in the code which only pops up when the stars align or some shit.

the genre dropdown doesn't open! everything else works, but that select function doesn't.
i'm using waterfox (a browser made off of firefox), windows 10
tried to fix it using inspect element, but that doesn't seem to work (probably a patched vulnerability, which is good)

The Genre (Game, Movies, Audio) or Category (Art) links don't give you filtered results as you'd expect, they all lead to the default latest browse page.

As somebody who has very little issues with separating art and artist I might be talking out of my-- *checks age rating of this thread* ... "hat" here, but I would not expect that liking art from a person you do not like would create any logic issues with the site or database. Much less so if a bunch of other artists/users were involved as well.
This issue might be related to another issue an artist once told be about, where they felt pressured to not block a certain other artist, because that would bar them from participating in collaborations with them - even if they never would have to communicate with each other directly.

I think once you block someone you're just not able to interact with their art anymore either, even to favorite it. I don't think that's inherently contradictory. But have you checked if the block is mutual? Because at that point there is an unspoken agreement on both sides that you just don't want anything to do with each other anymore. Though I agree that the situation can get a bit more complex when it comes to collabs, especially very big ones.

I want nothing of theirs, specifically. (Describing the situation in detail is tricky for me. I "do not think highly of them", but on the other hand I'm not one to publicize their block-list.) You can make changes to the way you've blocked someone. The default is that when you block someone, they're blocked from all interactions and their art no longer shows up in your feed or the portals, and I assume that this is what most people want and expect.
You can make changes here: https://www.newgrounds.com/account/blocked and then click the pencil icon, and uncheck the things you don't want them blocked from ("Portals" in this case). If they have you blocked from favoriting their art though, you just can't do that - that's not a bug, but its intended usage.
@Tango Thank you, but I know that and I have my block list pretty well configured.
The issue, as I described it, is about submissions where several users are credited - including those where users are credited "for other reasons than artistic input".
