Should be somewhere in the "Program Files" or "Program File(x86)" folder. Should look like image below.

And it should be impossible for "dead of support"(whatever that means) to block any installation file, if the modifications for removing window's blocking of Flash is in place, which should have been installed when the NG Player is installed.

If for whatever reason you can't find the ActiveX Flash Player plugin in the NG Player directory. Download an old one from archive dot org. Version 29 or below to be safe.(Like the ones I linked in an earlier post) Though if you google it, you should be able to find various places that uploaded fixed versions of Flash Player plugins that don't have any killswitch. Remember to "unblock" that installation file before running them, and make sure you actually installed the ActiveX version which NG Player uses.

Don't worry about this anymore, @Sonucais already made a program called flash forwarder, check @Sonucais profile to know how to use it!

Yeah, but that won't work with NG's API or something so the game medals won't work. Same issue with the builtin Ruffle Player on NG.

Never had that happen when after i uninstalled ActiveX Flash Player, even when I didn't use the Flash Uninstaller program. Maybe your version of IE has Flash Player 32 intergrated into it, but AFAIK there's no such IE version that does that. Or MAYBE there's another instance of the plugin installed in other user accounts on your Windows OS, and it's detecting that. You could try to uninstall IE too.

#metoo.looks like Adobe's killswitch also killed the NG player which depended on Adobe AIR to work.

My bad. It's not AIR's fault. Looks like NG Player makes use of the ActiveX Flash Player. Which seems to be dead. I uninstalled it and tried to install an older version and the windows just coughed up an Error 1722. When i tried to run NG player again, and it prompted to install version 32(latest) of AX Flash player, it also coughs up the same error.

Your error msg does seem to come from IE which already has its own plugin installed, but somehow NG Player can't detect it, so I assume removing IE MIGHT allow you to fuly uninstall Flash plugins and install a "proper" ActiveX plugin.

Hey Jamesallen,

You need to set your internal clock to before 1/12/2021. Tell this to other people that you know of with the same problem, it should fix it. You need to open up the Newgrounds Player with your time set before then. To be on the safe-side, I usually set my date to 1/9/2021 and I'm usually fine. Considering, any later may fuck up too much shit.

CC @DamnWei

Try downloading the current version of NG Player and doing a fresh install. Let me know if it's still not working afterwards. Older versions would have had the killswitch, if that is what is happening now.

Also if Windows prompts you to uninstall Flash, be sure to click No. The player needs the Flash runtime to be installed.

This totally worked for me. I had been having issues and fixed it right up!

There is one solution it's kind of convoluted though. Ya need to set your clock back to before Flash was killed on your computer manually, it worked for me.
