Should be somewhere in the "Program Files" or "Program File(x86)" folder. Should look like image below.
And it should be impossible for "dead of support"(whatever that means) to block any installation file, if the modifications for removing window's blocking of Flash is in place, which should have been installed when the NG Player is installed.
If for whatever reason you can't find the ActiveX Flash Player plugin in the NG Player directory. Download an old one from archive dot org. Version 29 or below to be safe.(Like the ones I linked in an earlier post) Though if you google it, you should be able to find various places that uploaded fixed versions of Flash Player plugins that don't have any killswitch. Remember to "unblock" that installation file before running them, and make sure you actually installed the ActiveX version which NG Player uses.
