It's good to see that other people are interested in greek mythology as well. Any books you recomend? I just read a book called 'Gods, Heroes, and Men of Ancient Greece' It was a great book That retold some of the better tales.

As Blood Runs Black "Allegiance"
Between the Buried & Me "Alaska"
Devildriver "The Last Kind Words"

You don't understand, I am Greek. Also, if you ever go to Greece, the airports there have great mythology books, and they're in English.

While I may agree with your judgment, YOU fuck off, Ponosclown. Nobody asked for your matter. We have 4 excellent flamethrowers, we don't need another one.

In other news, Spiral Architect=win. I got their CD "A Skeptic's Universe". It represents all that is chaotic. Wonderful.

While i have my flamethrower out, YOU fuck off two. You're just as bad as Ponosclown. Enough with the viking shit, you're not a viking, you're just a cocky teenager. It's really fucking old, and furthermore, you don't deserve the viking mantle.

I'm also very fond of Greek mythology and of its use in music as well.

Btw, anyone of you a reader of Nietzsche's works? I bought a book not too long ago and I'm currently reading it - hard to read, but interesting, early anti-christian, anti-organized religion themes.

I was playing GHII on my 360 and an achievement popped up,I didn't see what it was due to my massive shredding, but after I check it was the Dimebag Darrel[R.I.P] Achievement. I think that's a real show of honor on Harmonix(or RedOctane's] part.

"Thus Spoke Zarathustra" is the book I'm reading and while it's definitely weird and difficult to read, it's quite interesting.

Don't know much about Lovecraft but Kafka was never my cup of tea.

Really, I bet you guys won't find any metal song as raw and disturbing as Suicide's Frankie Teardrop.

I still love metal. But the song is worth checking out as an experience. Wait through 3 minutes through the song.
