What genre, may I ask.
Also it's my bassist and I; proper English, mind you.

I was just looking at that and everyone was taking it seriously, and then Gendo posts a picture of a gay Satan. Lolz worthy if you ask me.
Why is this club only at 900 posts?
It feels like only yesterday we hit 666....

Ugh only 100.

This is a bit off topic, but I bought a Nile CD [InTheir Darkened Shrines] the other day...I'd say they are in the top 10 heaviest bands of all time!

I've never listened to Nile.
Any song recommendations?
Okay lads, todays is an important day for me. For I have started work on a new song. Its purpose? Well, there's this girl that I like. We're not 'friends', really, but we greet each other whenever the other walks by, and we see one another quite a bit...Etcetera, etcetera...You know, all that teen movie bullshite.
Now, this is where the song comes in, I dedicate a song to her, win her over, and bada-bing bada-boom...Not absolutely sure it'll work, but besides martial arts and fighting, music is really my only talent.
I've, so far, decided to make it almost DragonForce-y, by throwing in words like 'Everlasting', 'Fire', 'Forever more', 'Steel', 'Burning' and 'Soul'.
Now, i've talked to two friends about this (not my best friends, though) one's encouraging me, the other went out with her previously, he was dumped in such an embarrassing manner, poor sod. So he's been telling me the same thing'll happen. I chose to disregard that.
I got the first verse and chorus worked out, as well as some of the music.
On a more on-topic note, I downloaded; Into Eternity-The Scattering of Ashes. 'Tis pretty good. Melodic death metal isn't really my thing, though.
just play her W.A.S.P`s Fuck like a beast and you`ll be fine

I lol'd...Seriously.
Mate, i'm twelve! And she's 11. So, unless I want to get pedophillic scandal shit involved (even though, technically we're both children) I'm not gonna do that.
...Or will I?

I don't think she's into DragonForce, in P7 she was into black metal and that stuff. I just decided to make it DragonForce-y because their themes would make a REALLY good power ballad.
Or so I think

definitely this one, my band is called The Manhattan Project, i don't really like it but my band mates wont think of changing it. my other guitarist proposed a song that he wrote about this supermodel he saw some pics of online, he is insane about her, he's calling the song 10 years and two days i guess to make it sound like a Tool song title. and he said my idea about writing some songs about serial killers (e.g. Macabre) isn't a good idea.
you know what's worse than writing a song about a girl you like in school? writing one about a girl you saw online.

Crustcore
I think it'd be better if it was like Nintendocore.... cept about Pizzas :D.
Good enough is good enough for me.
It may not be SA's most metal song, but could it have more epicness crammed into it?
So, today, I've been on an Emperor listening spree. Why? Because tomorrow night, I'm going to see them live, at long last. It better be worth it, since I spent a shitload of money on the tickets. I'll most likely post a few pics from the show upon returning.

They have a good singer, they just don't try hard enough to make the songs sound different. Other then the small variety problem vocal wise, the guitars are fucking flawless. Of course that's coming from a guy who dosent play but still I thoroughly enjoy it.

actually it was in Febuary I think
I listened to this really weird band earlier this week called Unexpect. They're the first Avant-garde band and I've ever listened to and they were fucking chaotic. There were spots where I loved it but at the same time I had to try really hard to listen to every part of the song. At times it just sounds like fucking noise.
5 Reviews and 100% for their new album on Metal Archives. Maybe I just don't understand Avant-garde.
