Kinda doesn't 🙃 but I wish you all the best with the struggle! I've tried working with bands eons ago, but I've been the most forward-pushing dude many times and I hated being the only one having true visions and not procrastinating. I'm pretty fine doing everything by myself these days.
Throw some links in here, when you got something together!
Welp. You'll never guess who ended up not getting anything recorded before their drummer went off to another continent for a couple weeks 🙃 I got impatient and decided to put up another song we have recorded on a little recorder we have since we haven't put anything else up for like 8 months and it was bothering me that we only had the one song up.

Recently snagged a physical cd (AND FUCKIN RARE) Death-Doom delight from australia. One of many great "1 album" wonders from the 90s.
so, Sep. 7th is Brazil's independence day... so this means parade... I visited my dad on the day, and I watched about 3 hours and a half of martial bands playing... not exactly metal, but still pretty metal, I loved each and every second of it...
before that, I attend the graduation ceremony of some friends, and I stumbled upon the singer of a local Black Sabbath tribute band!! he told me that the bar that used to host rock shows from time to time broke... I don't feel sorry, their acoustics really sucked!!
in other news, our prefecture has organized a winter edition of freshmen reception festival, and yesterday something very unique happened: they invited a Charlie Brown Jr. tribute band to play! but let me tell you: it was a major disappointment!! total let down. they really fucked up. it's a godamn festival, yet they spent 75% time playing calm songs as if they were in a restaurant where people are eating, you know? they should have played the more punk harder songs of CBJr. to really shake the audience, but they didn't, so everyone just spent 1 hour and a half standing up waiting for the band to play a more intense song from time to time. and the vocalist really fucked up the interpretation of Chorão, Chorão used to sing in a very aggressive and harsh manner, even in calmer songs (he was always high on cocaine tho), this is part of his signature, yet the singer just singed in a very ordinary way... I was really looking forward, but this tribute was really a big disservice for the lingering rock scene of Brazil. they never play rock at these festivals because nobody likes metal anymore, so when they have the unique opportunity to promote a little of our national heritage, they fuck it up. I was leaving the festival when a DJ started playing funk, and I literally heard "wow, it finally started playing good music" etc. and hell, I had to agree unfortunately.
anyway, the good part is that I found some old friends at the festival, they told me rock bar Gárgula is going strong and that I should really visit it from time to time, that they would have a Linkin Park tribute some night. maybe the acoustics is nice!? honestly, I only went there once and never again because I was scared, but I dunno, I feel a lot reckless as of lately, so I think I'm going to this bar even if I don't know how I'll come back home, and then play some table soccer with some middle-age punks! and in a dinner, I was told that there is a monthly gothic party or something, this guy will call me when the next edition happens, might be fun!!
finally, I've recently found an album that I'm really liking, here it is:
Random brazilian heavy metal band I listened too. I think it's pretty good.

Recommended by the guitarist from this brazilian death metal band.
SOAD was the very first band that I've listened to that got me into the metal genre. Coincidentally, it was on NG that I discovered SOAD from Societal Puppeteer music videos (they are no longer available) with hits such as Johnny and ATWA. Not too long ago, they've released a new music video.
