I don't like gore movies,
Why? That's your opinion but I'm just curious why...
Me, I love gory movies. I love to cringe and just be completely grosses out. Saw, Hostel, all them good, gory movies are at the tops of my lists.
Oh...I like to watch them to laugh. Oh well ^__^
Hostel was a disapoinment. 3/4 of character developpement and i was begging them to just fucking massacre shit already. I watch an hour of shit to watch 20 minutes of why I went there.
But the eye scene? My friend and I lost control and couldnt stop laughing and going PLOP PLOP PLOP in the theater.
Iunno..it's take a lot to gross me our or make me cringe. Im trying to think of the last movie to make me do that...and i cant...think of any atm..Maybe Dead End actually. that was a cool movie. when the guy gets his lipped ripped off by the chick from kissing him, but that was more of a " Wha the fuuuck? ARGH HOW DOES HE NOT FEEL THAT" reaction since he was like ' he he, im getting kissed, heh'
Ooo i know, Nightmare on Elm street 3. the puppetry by the tendons in the wrists. I hate wrists :(
But ya, normally gore = just laffing. Iunno, just knowing it's fake doesnt do enough for me to be scared or cringe. I think sounds make me cringe more than visual. And normally gory films are too fast paced to care about the slow tormenting sounds of people being ripped apart slowly or what not. But the main guy from Ichi, I loved him, being so inlove with pain and so emotionally disconnected, like toturing was just as common as a handshake. It sets a weird mood for me, that I like particularly.
