Hey guys,now I know I left originally because I was into more nu-metal/metalcore bands at the time,but I`ve gotten increasingly into extreme metal lately,as well as some gothic metal.

thrash:

megadeth,metallica,slayer,and a few others.

rock/metal:

rob zombie,tenacious d,iron maiden,stone sour,staind,vanden plas,papa roach(though their earlier stuff was more nu-metal/rap metal),black sabbath,and black label society.

How`s that for a "true metal" list?

EDIT: damn forgot to add white zombie,zemial,raventhrone,fields of nephilim, and murderdolls.
