I do :D
I recorded and uploaded a dark ambient song today, pretty fucked up shit. Check it out, it's called Earth's Core (See you in Hell). It really gave me quite a thrill to create.
I'll check it out in a bit. The audio player on here has a habit of fucking up on me whenever I try to listen to something on here.
Oh yeah NOW this decides to show up for me -_-
sorry for the triple post

Either way, I've heard a lot of bad shit about Rockfest. That they force bands to personally sell X tickets, or that they will be charged for each unsold ticket. I'm also iffy about going to sponsored concerts, especially those sponsored by garbage white trash radio stations (CHOI RADIO X, Radio Pirate, etc).

Yup, it's exactly as you say. They have this retarded policy for unsold tickets. And I'm surprised you know about these right-wing fucktards from Radio X. How do you know these shitholes?

Yeah, I refered that on a previous post. I'm excited to see what they come up with!

Then let me know what are your thoughts on it when you do so!

Ah okay. I only mentioned it because I saw an article about it on Ultimate-Guitar.com seriously looking forward to this, Red Fang's new album, and I saw something saying that Truckfighters and Acid King were bringing out a new stuff this year but I don't know how true that is. Also apparently Windhand finished their second album too so I'm looking forward to that as well.
Then let me know what are your thoughts on it when you do so!
Will do!
Hey guys, I know this is an interesting place to ask but I didn't want to ask the general forum about it. I just purchased VIP tickets to a Dying Fetus show in November, and one of the bonuses was a grinder (which apparently you need to be 18 and up to get). What the hell is a grinder? I don't want to be disappointed so I guess you guys might know.

After a brief research, I found out that a grinder is some kind of gadget used to grind weed and such. If ya smoke 'em shitteh ya might liek it brah!

Respect, man. I have a lot of respect for the straight edge "subculture", I don't smoke and I don't use drugs myself, but I can't deny my social beer/wine/whiskey haha. However I abhor abuse, consuming for me is not being consumed by.

That's awesome dude. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who likes to stay clean. I don't disrespect people who drink or do drugs in any way.

I do not smoke weed actually. And I can understand why someone would follow the lifestyle. The life philosophy behind it is intelligent and deserves respect.

Yeah, neither do I, but I hate it when people are so dicky about it and smoke weed, for example, just to show off, I know a lot of people who act like that.

Anyone wanna hear Planet Caravan II from the new Black Sabbath album?

I know alot of people didnt like it but I think its great.
God is Dead is an awesome song. lol come on guys yall supposed to be on top of this shit lol :P
Its totally worth the listen, start from the beginning and let it roll.
Aint nothing wrong with staying clean. It aint for everybody and going around being a dick to clean people for not being cool is completely retarded. Everyone has the right to or not, regardless of what those cocksuckers in Washington say.
When I die. It will be in a blaze of glory.

I can't say I had so much interest in the release to begin with. It doesn't mean I won't listen to it ever though, but I have other records to listen to before.
I always wanted to get a good grinder. I haven't smoked in months, though, cuz I haven't had any connections since my old weed man moved...or got arrested, whatever happened.
I was a bit wilder in '05 thru '09 than I am now. Goin to jail kinda straightened me out a bit, although I still smoke weed. Oddly enough, I never drink. Or rather, I rarely drink anymore. Maybe if I'm at a show I'll have a vodka/spike before the show or have vodka/redbulls during the show. But that's a maybe. My main poison is caffeine/energy drinks though. I drink those for both work and recording. Lots of them.

I stopped drinking energy drinks all together after I graduated from High School.
Other than that I have never drank anything, smoked, or used any drugs.
well...except caffeine but whatever.
Don't think I'll ever smoke pot or anything like that either. My girlfriend has allergies when it comes to that and cigarettes so even if I wanted to smoke either I can't. But it's not like I'd miss doing something I didn't do anyways.
Anyone here hear the new Dark Buddha Rising album?
if you don't know who they are they're a pretty decent Sludge Doom band.
wat ho
Torture Division is at it again. Track 2, goddamn!
I have just downloaded the entire Hammerfall discography.
H-here I go

A forum I frequent pointed out the hypocrisy of Discharge and the Subhumans (though Subhumans pulled out), two anarcho-punk bands, performing at a heavily sponsored event, with banks and these radio stations and whatnot. I've heard about CHOI interviewing neo-nazi and RAC bands from some Quebecois friends a while back, and though I haven't taken time to check the validity of these statements, given their radio announcers/clientele, I don't really feel the need to (not to mention they probably know best).

Good to see you get into that debut. Killers, their second album, is also pretty cool.

And it's actually amazing. I don't know why I've waited so long to give it a listen....

I still fucking love it.
Yes, some of us do know Van Canto, and I'm not too sure but I think FromADistance likes them quite a bit. I myself think that the concept is interresting, but to me it gets old rather quickly.
