He found some great gems in there. As always, CC welcome!
Excellent review. To each of his own for the ending of The Wizard's Vengeance but I certainly agree with the stupid intro and outro sections for R.A.R.Z. It's not perfect but it's still a gem. I'm glad to hear that post resulted in some of us checking the album out. I'm just grateful Slough Feg covered The Wizard's Vengeance on Twilight of the Idols since if otherwise I'd have never heard about this great record.

actually after i heard the destroyer on that i sat and kept listening to it and learned the Intro by ear :D
i wish i was better at doing stuff like that cause i want to learn the rest and i would look up tabs but i cant find ANY
hell i had to learn Suicide by Dust and post a tab of it because none existed that i could find

ah okay
well i think its a pretty good album
i'll try to find a copy of it or anything else by them the next time i go cd/vinyl hunting
but now im currently in the process of trying to get both of Dust's albums on vinyl to add to my record collection

this is the song im currently listening to
My favourite of theirs so far. I see you know TimeDilatonMetal. He found me on Last.fm and he has an ass kicking taste in metal. Shame his original YouTube channel was shut down which had over 300 albums uploaded.

that sucks D:
then again on my youtube account i only have 1 video
and thats Throw Up/Painted Parade by Red Fang because whenever i listen to them i feel they should be played together and whenever i see videos of them playing it live they dont play both of them one after the other.

i also know the other band members too and ran into them in a mall and kept running into them all over the place for the next few hours afterwards and he asked if we were stalking them hahaha
a band i was in played with them when he was in the band The Source Of Chaos
his name is Dan Stapinski (i REALLY hope i spelled his last name right)
it was a REALLY fun night and afterwards my band and his band went outside where we were playing and sat and talked for about an hour or so about our bands and stuff like that and got to know each other better and befriended one another

I'll probably check out several of these bands you guys have mentioned. I'm just now checking out Anacrusis. I've heard of them, but this is the first time I've actually listened to them. I'm digging it.

And on the subject of Black Sabbath, I have the following albums.

Paranoid
Master of Reality
Vol. 4
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Heaven and Hell
the Mob Rules

They're all very good, but I'd say my favorite is probably Master of Reality.

Hck, even if they aren't what you are looking for, Vektor is easily the best modern thrash band. They outshine a lot of older thrash bands too. Freaking awesome stuff.

Fuck I forgot about this. Oh well, I'll just get it this Friday. Just come back from The Ghost concert. Was really good just wish the set list was longer but when you play every single song you have plus the bonus track Here comes the sun by The Beatles what else can you do? Even though they are releasing a new album within the future would have expected hearing some tonight. Oh well, got a cool ass shirt out of it.

I would recommend SKR but the prices might look expensive for American users. When it's converted to GBP, the prices don't look that bad to me, even with postage topped on. If the average comes to £8 per CD including postage costs, it's a good deal for me for generally hard to find metal albums. You could look up some of the albums on Amazon and they'll be like £20 or higher.

but now im currently in the process of trying to get both of Dust's albums on vinyl to add to my record collection

Right now I have a few new releases to wait for through the post including Pilgrim's Misery Wizard and Steelwing's Zone of Alienation. I'll also be getting Vektor's Outer Isolation since the album is more than worth buying. I would like to find more metal distros that I can sink my teeth into, particularly if they support doom/power/traditional metal.

So gigs now !!!

I see Dark Funeral's tour was cancelled. This is kind of sad, even though I wasn't quite sure to go. Dark Funeral, Abigail Williams, Inquisition and Gigan were the bands booked for the concert in Montreal. Abigail Williams was my first motivation to go to that gig. They are still one of the bands I liked to see the most live. They are great on stage. Dark Funeral and Inquisition are also pretty fucking great on record. So I guess it would have been cool. But it's cancelled now. Anybody knows why?

Kind of forgot to include the other gigs in my last post.

So Children Of Bodom are on their 15th anniversary tour. They will be playing in Montreal along with Threat Signal, Eluveitie and Revocation.

This could be a cool little gig to go to. I don't really like or care for their latest work, but their first four albums are all very enjoyable an great when played live :)

There will also be this great Folk Rock band named Les Cowboys Fringants playing in March. I'd like to see them again. Saw them twice already. But they are one of the most amazing bands in the world :)

Goddamn, Mark Reale from Riot died. He suffered Chron's disease which considering a friend of mine had and survived from it, I expected the same for him. I don't even have any of Riot's albums in my library but I did hear Immortal Soul and enjoyed it. I'll be picking up Narita and Fire Down Under.

On another note, fuck Paganfest for having the cheek to call their European tour European when 10 out of 17 of those shows are in Germany. They missed out the UK once again.

At least you've done some tabs before.
ive done i wanna say...15 or 16 tabs or something like that

Not bad progress there. For me, I've filled in a few lyrics pages on MA and from some of the obscure stuff I have in my CD collection I can still do some more lyrical inputting.

Although I axed all my videos with my main YouTube channel, I do have my MondayMetalTreasures channel which contains songs that I don't come across on YouTube so I fill in the empty spaces.
i'll look you up on there and i might subscribe to you on there or something

Don't expect many videos to be uploaded. I just put up whatever I don't see on YouTube and feel it should be shared on there.

What do you use to scrobble your music? Using an iPod to scrobble your music tends to be tricky depending on the versions of both iTunes and the Last.fm plugin for it.
i use my Media Player because
1 i don't have an iPod or anything like that...
and
2 whenever i try to get iTunes on my computer it messes up and doesnt install

Hmm, there shouldn't be any troubles with Windows Media Player, even if you have everything up to date. If it crashes the plugins get deactivated so watch out for that.

I don't even have any of Riot's albums in my library but I did hear Immortal Soul and enjoyed it. I'll be picking up Narita and Fire Down Under.

i head about that about 10 minutes ago
sad stuff :(

On another note, fuck Paganfest for having the cheek to call their European tour European when 10 out of 17 of those shows are in Germany. They missed out the UK once again.

Heh, I do the same with my dad's CDs. Nothing metal over there, though but with rock music like Queen, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, I can't complain.

my dad just has Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, and Cat Stevens

thats a bit weird
but not entirely unexpected i guess...

well most of the tabs i posted were stuff for The Pixies...
and 3 tabs for Hank Is Dead by Red Fang (the intro and when i learned the rest i posted the rest in another tab and accidentally posted the full song twice but i haven't gotten around to deleting the other one). and i haven't posted lyrics for really anything...although when i looked up lyrics for Suicide by Dust they weren't right...

ah okay
well i'll still look out to see if you put any videos on there

well its weird because i know i listened to everything a bunch of times...
and i hope the plugins dont crash :(

he says Robert Plant's voice ruins the songs

Mayhem Fest line up
Slipknot
Slayer
Anthrax
Asking Alexandra
devilwearsprada
As I Lay Dying
Whitechapel
High On Fire

Actually not that bad of a line up. Only looking forward to Slayer, Anthrax, and high on fire, and just a tad bit for Slipknot.

The good bands won't make me forget about all the others horrible digusting boring generic ridiculous angry teenage retarded braindead emo shit bands that will be polluting our atmosphere with shitty chugging riffs and retarded shouted and pig squealed vocals... and I won't even mention the lousy sing-along choruses. Oh wait... I did mention them...

Fuck it...

High On Fire and Anthrax are worth it. Forget about the rest...

Except for As I Lay Dying. Haters gonna hate!
